TGI Fridays

This is one of my favorite go-to places. Lately when I order the garlic parm traditional wings they aren't cooked til they're crispy so it's pretty disappointing. The service when I go is usually very good though! The last visit the service was exceptional

Clean and bright. Friendly, courteous staff. We were seated promptly and our server Bailey gave us wonderful service. Food was served quickly and was quite good. The manager on duty, Kevin, came by several times to check on us as did our server. This wss our first time at this location, but we will definitely be coming back! They have a great rewards program.

Sullen, disrespectful, rude & extraordinarily slow were the highlights of my outing at this restaurant. The slow moving sauntering “could care less” attitude of the entire staff begs a question. WHY are they working in what once was a really cool place?

Worst service ever. We had a party of 20 and they only wanted one server to help us. The manager of this facility is rude and disrespectful. A good manager helps out not just hide in the back. Our waiter Michael was awesome and really took care of us. This place is understaffed and I will never come here again. The wait was 2 hrs and all the tables were empty. I hope the manager goes back and find a trainer that can help him improve his customer service.

Worst service in a restaurant that I have ever experienced. And that's after I complained to the manager. We were there for a friends Birthday and it took nearly 2 hours to take our order. The manager had to take our order and he served the Birthday person LAST. Then he did a no show the rest of the time. I have traveled the US and the world and that restaurant needs to be shut down !!!! I saw the bad reviews prior to going and knew it would be bad. However it's the Bday persons selection so I said nothing. Now after my experience a 2 star is too good for this restaurant. The manager did NOTHING other than taking our order. Lead by example...that's why you have 2 stars and you should have 0 stars. Fire yourself and do the restaurant a favor
