I would advise anyone to sit at the bar. The service seems to be faster and if you need anything the bartenders will get it for you with no problem. The new Mac and cheese burger is delicious! House Long Islands taste better than the ultimate. Update: I stopped going to this TGI and began going to the one on university and broward more often. Let's just say this TGI is falling OFF and I'm glad I don't go to this one as often anymore unless we don't feel like making this drive. I came here for a bite to eat with my family. The hostess were rude and inattentive. I arrived and she didn't even greet us or tell us the wait time. Just said "Name?, have a seat." Normally I would sit at the bar, but it was a party of 8 They we're short staffed with a lot of empty tables. The bathroom was disgusting!!! The soda machine next to the bathroom was nasty. The server was very nice and that's what I feel liked saved this experience a little. I hope this TGI isn't closing, but it seems like they are.

Went to this location on a Saturday arrived at 10pm. They had two hostesses but not enough serving staff. Empty tables were not cleaned off. The ice machine in the vacinity of the bathrooms was left wide open when I went in and out of the bathroom. The bathroom smelled of urine and the floor was wet. As the hostess was seating us the waitress told her she was leaving. My family of 5 went back to the front of the restaurant to wait once again. The saving grace was Bailey our waitress. She was attentive and had a great personality. The food was good but our stomach turned after we noticed roaches casually walking around in our seating area near the bar. Next time I'll go to the location by broward mall.

You know, the food here is really great and delicious, but no lie, everytime I eat here, their food gives me like the runs. Then, usually when there's a young female hostess giving me my food and taking my cash for a takeout order, omg seriously, they ALWAYS try to run off, disappear, and not come back with my change! Tonight when I went here to pick up a takeout order, it was packed, and another chick tried doing this same thing, she took like a little over 10 whole minutes to come back with my change, and I had to send the other hostess to the back to get her like TWICE, bcuz I had to go and I was sick and tired of just standing there, waiting for my money. She definitely kept the coin change after I ordered a rack of bbq ribs with 2 mashed potatoes for $21, I gave her $25 in cash, and she only gave me $3 in cash back. These are the kinda issues that kinda push me away from wanting to continue to come back here, but my man likes the ribs here. I made a scene to show the small family sitting on the waiting bench in the lobby the kinda BS they do during takeouts here. What, did she really think that I was supposed to tip her out JUST for being a hostess? This place made me feel like they're just all about money. And their food is always good, but gives you the runs ALWAYS.

This is one of my favorite go-to places. Lately when I order the garlic parm traditional wings they aren't cooked til they're crispy so it's pretty disappointing. The service when I go is usually very good though! The last visit the service was exceptional

Clean and bright. Friendly, courteous staff. We were seated promptly and our server Bailey gave us wonderful service. Food was served quickly and was quite good. The manager on duty, Kevin, came by several times to check on us as did our server. This wss our first time at this location, but we will definitely be coming back! They have a great rewards program.

Sullen, disrespectful, rude & extraordinarily slow were the highlights of my outing at this restaurant. The slow moving sauntering “could care less†attitude of the entire staff begs a question. WHY are they working in what once was a really cool place?

Worst service ever. We had a party of 20 and they only wanted one server to help us. The manager of this facility is rude and disrespectful. A good manager helps out not just hide in the back. Our waiter Michael was awesome and really took care of us. This place is understaffed and I will never come here again. The wait was 2 hrs and all the tables were empty. I hope the manager goes back and find a trainer that can help him improve his customer service.
If you are not in a rush or like to eat with your hands this is the place for you. Took 20 minutes to get sodas. When the appetizer was brought we had no plates napkins or silverware. When we asked for some we were brought small plates and napkins still no silverware? When I food came which was just ok meals (that actually made us ill later) we asked again for silverware it finally came. 2 hours later we were FINALLY able to get out of there. Btw it was not crowded at all.

takeout order. Biggest waste of $20 bucks, picked up the Cajun chicken pasta and got home with what looks like someone's leftovers. 2 shrimp and barley a full portion of pasta. We live about 2 blocks and didn't have to travel far and it was ice cold. Clearly they threw someone's half eaten dinner in my bag and charged me for it.

Worst service in a restaurant that I have ever experienced. And that's after I complained to the manager. We were there for a friends Birthday and it took nearly 2 hours to take our order. The manager had to take our order and he served the Birthday person LAST. Then he did a no show the rest of the time. I have traveled the US and the world and that restaurant needs to be shut down !!!! I saw the bad reviews prior to going and knew it would be bad. However it's the Bday persons selection so I said nothing. Now after my experience a 2 star is too good for this restaurant. The manager did NOTHING other than taking our order. Lead by example...that's why you have 2 stars and you should have 0 stars. Fire yourself and do the restaurant a favor

In the area from Lake Worth, just dropped people off at the port for a cruise, needed some ribs for lunch. Had Hickory Sticks down the road set in my gps, but a combination of NO liquor license & byob policy & the fact that the place looks run down from the outside led me to TGIF just 2 miles away. Sat at the bar, had a Heineken, side salad, JD ribs & fries, watched the 1st half of the Bill/Jags game (boring as sh*t). Great service by the bartender Anthony. Had around $30 figured in my head when the check came, but to my surprise it was less than $20! There was a $9 discount on the ribs which I didn't know about. Thanks for that ! Will be back again next time I'm in the area. Those Jack Daniels ribs were excellent! AAAAA+++++!!!!!

Service at this location seems to have gone downhill. No one seems to take pride in their job there. Good luck in getting seated most times as takes a good 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge you at door most of the time there. Food also can take a long time there quite often.
