Thoroughly enjoyable as Luca and his staff exceed expectations. The appetizer special of eggplant parm cake was over the top. Love the wine menu with my favorite, rare and well priced. Love our local treasure.
As usual, we enjoyed our entire experience at the Roosa. Service and food were exemplary. The owner, Luca came over several times to ensure we were experiencing only the best. Always good to come back to an excellent restaurant.
We were in town for a medical conference and looking for a great spot for dinner. Our was dinner phenomenal, wine was great, service was on point. Love the food,people and service. Thank you for a FANTASTIC dinner!
