No idea about the food but sadly have to do this review as the business has “verbal policies” not disclosed upfront that are honestly unfair and absurd these days: the minimum to pay with Apple Pay is $20…
As customer and business owner this policy does not make sense. Processing costs for Apple Pay / contactless payment forms are similar to any other credit card.

Waisted 15min waiting there only to be told this… operating business in an urban areas as Fort Lauderdale this policy does not make sense.

It has all the Venezuelan treats you may want. In my opinion it's more of a take out place. Love the empanada de pabellón and the fresh chee

This is hands down the best Venezuelan food spot in town! The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, and parking is a breeze. Highly recommend—100%!

Update 2/6/25

Incredibly disappointed. Used to frequent this place a lot when I lived locally. I was in the area and ordered a sandwich the way I normally would back in the day without lettuce tomatoes but with extra potato sticks and pink sauce. I ordered to go. I get home to find everything on it and the sandwich is completely soggy. Pretty unbelievable, considering my order was confirmed twice before they made it. I will definitely not be going out of my way to come here again.

I don’t understand how, on a Monday lunchtime, I come to this place and find out they don’t have the Venezuelan Parrilla I wanted. I try the Reina Pepeada next, but that’s unavailable too. Then I ask for a Chicha, and, surprise, they don’t have that either. Never again.

The food was ok. It's typical Venezuelan food. My issue was the price. I had a Venezuelan breakfast, empanada, and a cachito. Nothing special. Something that you get in every other Venezuelan spot for under 20 dollars. I was charged 28 dollars and that does not include a tip. That is way too much. Don't know if they recently changed their prices. I just found it way too high. Almost a rip off. The worst is none of the menus have the actual price so I was completely caught off guard by the price.

Do not go here. The service is rude and terrible. There are no prices or descriptions listed, and when I tried to ask what was in the food, they spoke Venezuelan terms that being a Hispanic I did not understand. They expect you to know everything that is listed, and when I was trying to order she said to wait, and a second later attended another person who just came in after us even though we were first. They are only nice and only attend to the friends and family that they know that come into the shop and the food was ok but not what we expected. We do not recommend ever coming here.

Place is nice. The staff needs better training in costumer service. They might be better if they are better trained.

Food is great, but they almost always never open at 8 o’clock. It’s usually 15 minutes plus after 8 even if you’re standing at the door, they will just look at you and not open the door.
Stay there till about 8:12 this morning. I just left.

Horrible attention and costumer services! Very expensive, almost $5 for an empanada and $6 for a coffee... the manager's attention when asking the prices was horrible, and it is illegal not to have the prices in front of the customer! I wanted to give this place a chance but no (2nd visit) I will never return.
