This place is deteriorated, nothing like back in the day
Last time I came
Cheesecake Factory on Las Olas is a reliable spot with great food and a solid menu, as always. Ordered a cake through DoorDash recently and unfortunately it didn’t travel well — the whipped cream had melted and the cake itself was pretty flopped over in the container by the time it arrived. Made for a messy presentation when it should’ve been a treat.
Not sure if it’s a packaging issue on their end or just the nature of delivery, but worth flagging for anyone thinking about ordering dessert to-go. Might be better to dine in or pick up directly if cake is on the menu.
Still four stars overall — the quality of the food itself is there, just the delivery experience knocked it down a notch.

Dirty and filthy restrooms and table. Worst aditude by hostest , servers . Not manger around to talk too. Suterday evening last night

Consistency in food from place to place staff are very informed on menu
The Cheesecake always delicious
Just make sure if you order a special one
That it will be the kind you select with the Cheesecake added on it.
I love every one I have tried. The Key lime is one of my favorites it has the Key lime in the Cheesecake so it's all Cheesecake!
The food ... The menu is HUGE !
Again everything we have tried has been something I'd get again. The price where I checked 30 to 40 per person is because we had appetizer and drink.
The Coconut Margarita is beautiful it's in the photo to the left. And it does not have Coconut flakes but is delicious and the bartender should get a raise !
We went to the one in FT. Lauderdale on Mothersday a fifteen minute wait during the busy hours.

Too many menus, too much choice, food very average but the cheesecakes are lovely. Avoid the nachos and fries as very greasy. They should concentrate on their fortes and do just the cheesecake.

Lunch was GREAT! The Rene’s Special was so much food. My buddy and I sat at the bar and found our menu on page 11. Yes, if you’ve never been to The Cheesecake Factory, then prepare yourself for an adventure in choices. The best part, everything is fantastic. The F1 Water Taxi stop is where to go when using the intercostal waterway.

A guilty pleasure that I don’t mind repeating often. The portions are huge, the flavors hit, and the dessert is the main event. You just can’t go wrong with so many options.

I’ve been to various Cheesecake Factory locations throughout Eastern USA. However this has got to be the most disappointing location / experience of them all. Despite obvious signs of dissatisfaction with my meal… the waiter? Oblivious to it all. Not the slightest concern on why my entire plate was untouched and I didn’t want a to go box. I mean seriously.. you don’t have to be a guru in the industry to know & ask what was wrong. Yet I was so disappointed I just wanted to get the heck out so I paid and still tipped close to a 15%.
The meal was off. Something pretty off about it. I literally get the same meal each time. I know what to expect from it. Only left 2-3 stars for the avocado rolls. Can’t mess that one up.
