Terrible service from the receptionist, she didn't make a point of serving us, as we didn't speak fluent English and neither did the waiter, despite him and others speaking Spanish! I'm a customer in Miami, but in Fort they were disappointing, we left the place and went to another place for lunch! I hope they train the team better in tourist areas!

It takes A LOT for me to write a bad review but wow...service here was awful.Halfway through our meal, we heard a woman yelling at a manager. At first I thought she was overreacting, but I soon realized why she was so mad.Service was slow, rude, and just really ridiculous. My wife and I came here to celebrate our 4th anniversary as the Cheesecake factory has a certain sentimental value to us. We ended up having to ask for things multiple times and basically just gave up because no one cared.We decided to order dessert "to go" to avoid the slow and apathetic servers but we were told up front that we had to order dessert through our sever since we just ate at the restaurant. The people up front couldn't even take a slice of cake out of the display and run our credit card. What?Note to management. Fire everyone here and start over. Your staff sucks. All of them.

I've been to many cheesecake factories but I have never experienced a service that I experienced. My entire meal must have been forgotten or messed up. The waiter never came to let us know they decided to bring my dinner after everyone was done eating at my party. Communication is key, I would have appreciated a manager or the server coming to let us know that something was wrong with my dish or it's taking longer than expected. They didn't even offer us a dessert menu on my wife's birthday. They just simply bought a small mini sundae handed it to her and said this is for your birthday and walked away.

I went there this past Friday and I took my niece out for an early dinner. My waiter was a little snappy but I didn’t let it bother me. He was also snappy to a elderly couple next to me & he noticed the face I made & he came back & said aggressively “I’m not mad I’m just in pain my back hurts I seen the face you made” I responded “it’s okay we’ve all had rough days at work” I proceeded to have dinner and tipped him a little over $15 & when I checked my account statements a few days later I see I was in fact charged $22 more than what my bill was meaning he adjusted the tip to add an additional $7. Even though $7 isn’t much it’s the principle of it & that was super wrong; service was subpar & now your employees are stealing from patrons. I definitely won’t be back & I suggest people pay in cash.I decided to call when I noticed I didn’t plan on asking for a refund just wanted to make them aware & I get the excuse that the managers are in a meeting & it’ll be done in 10 & they have me on hold for almost half an hour. Once again subpar service

Food was freshly made ???. Quality varied by dish. I had the shrimp scampi with noodles it was unreal delicious. My son has the fried chicken he didn't care for it much. Wait staff was just ok, no special registry on their parts.

The only large portions are the desserts, a dish called steak with 3 ounces of meat seems ridiculous to me, and I don't know why they ask the term for the steak if they still served it as they wanted. They talk about the delicious desserts but they never served it to me. I only saw my dessert on the bill. Pure name. I have gone 4 times to different locations and it has never been a good option. I'm not one to rate restaurants poorly but yesterday I really felt offended.
