Dutch Pot Restaurant - Fort Lauderdale

Been driving around trying to decide what to eat and we happened to see a sign with Jamaican food. Decided to try it and I’m glad my husband and I did. Wonderful people especially Ms Paulette ( I think that’s how you spell her name) and tha other person who was helping us. Food was amazing . We normally can’t finish our food but this time, we ate every single thing there was on our plate. Thanks Ms Paulette for an amazing experience. You are a blessing!!! Made us feel like a family in there while having our dinner. Next time, we’ll bring our family to experience the same thing you e given us. Thank you so much!

My Go To Spot For A Quick, Inexpensive $7 Full Coarse Meal!

Food always great. Would love more han 2 pieces of plantain on the lunch special❗️

The oxtails was seasoned to perfection, just needed more gravy on the rice..🙂

Unassuming counter service restaurant with a drive thru option. Hands down if you want a tasty Jamaican meal. I had the oxtail stew over red beans and rice. Simple, satisfying and delicious.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dutch Pot! Everyone was kind and helpful. And the food is amazing. This is a great spot to eat at if your on vacation or a native looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine. I highly recommend. There juice is also great, freshly made eveyday. They also have a drive-thru.

I most say this is the best Dutch pot branch 100% the staff there, wow they are awesome and very welcoming and the store manager Keisha I tip my hat off to her she is amazing and so helpful and I see how it all filters down to the staff. I give this branch 100% for customer service

If you want to place an order via Uber Eats and wait nearly an hour without ever actually receiving your food, order from Dutch Pot on Broward Blvd

I have eaten from the Dutch Pot several times in the past, specifically in the Miami location. First time we decided to order from the Broward location as it was close to where I was running errands. Next day had the worst case of food poisoning I ever had. Was vomiting, had diarrhea, a fever, dehydrated, and couldnt keep anything down. Had to go to the hospital due to the excess vomiting and diarrhea. I rarely go to the hospital but after eating from this place, I could not keep anything down. This is disgusting and shows a high likelihood of mishandling of food and lack of hand hygiene. Absolutely disgusting and will not eat from this franchise again.

Oh man.. Delicious, all the food. Not once have I been there and got a bad meal and very recently priced $6, I eat, I'm stuck or if you want more, you're hungry and you want to pick the bone and chicken, oh man, it's delicious. The jerk chicken was like $13, nice big portion, like I was stuffed after it. Very good food.I cannot express enough about go to mcdonald's and spend eight dollars or thirteen dollars and you eat junk where there to helping meal, healthy? That's what I love about.It's not garbage it's good for your body.. you go for Chinese around here.A pint of pork fried rice is eight dollars. Building McDonald's for a quarter pounder with a soda and a fry and a you're almost $15 where you could have a huge portion for $13. to Dutch pot, God bless you.

My mother and I were yearning to eat some good Jamaican food. This location did not disappoint! We were greeted by Paulette, who was extremely, kind, jovial, and smiled all throughout as you can tell that she loves what she does! The quality, quantity, and pricing of the food is superior to any other Caribbean/Jamaican restaurants that I have visited! The other representative, Shandra, was also kind, professional, and provided great service as well. We loved all the food and the desserts were very good also! We look forward to coming back to this Dutch Pot as we loved the food and the beautiful people here, who make it an even greater experience!

Chop the chicken and oxtail too small

Order on door dash and had to prove my innocence that I order the food way beyond normal, showed confo number, repeatedly say my order , it was embarrassing ....will not shop again

The curry chicken meal I had was beyond terrible, the peas and rice was mushy and watered down, the chicken didn't taste curried and the plantains were hard like hockey pucks, 🤢🤮
I threw the whole plate in the GARBAGE,VERY NOT PLEASED
