Don't order online from this place. Apparently their idiot programmer couldn't pass English 101 or maybe Programming 101.

And actually, not much better in person with moronic prices for basic food. Smh.

There is so much to love about this restaurant. We have been up and down the menu and have enjoyed every bite. The owners and staff go the extra mile in providing exemplary customer service. We are on a constant search for the best fried chicken in the area and The Food Republic ranks up the with the best of the best! They will be packed all season long. Be patient. Wait for at table and enjoy.

Leaving a 5 star review because of some crazy lady complaining on social media with no credible means.

The most friendly and welcomIng staff… and super efficient…the food was so so delicious. You must order the sangria. Nothing like it

The owner greeted us as we walked in. Seated at the bar, we tried several appetizers. Fried Tom, pulled prk, are a must! A couple next to us ordered ChxWfl and steak. Come with an appetite. It's beer and wine. Limited selection, budget friendly. We came after going to the Gateway cinema, steps away. Obviously, coming back. FAMILY FRIENDLY!

I was craving tomato soup and a grilled cheese, as well as a Caesar salad.
A friend recommended the Mason Jar, we went, but it was closed.
After a quick google, i stumbled upon this gem.

To say I was blown away, is an understatement.
The setting feels like a place you’d wander into in NYC, with an elevated, home style, eclectic menu.

It was raining when we walked in, so I was chilly, the woman who sat us, noticed and was sweet enough to offer me her coat. Turns out, she’s the mastermind behind the menu. You can tell how much love and passion she has for her craft.
We started with the deviled egg spread, then the chicken Caesar (i swear she put magic in the chicken) then finished off with the tomato soup and grilled cheese. Everything was incredible.

Went back today for lunch. Started with the beef empanadas (a MUST TRY) I got the turkey club, which was real turkey, and my friend got the Korean chicken sandwich. Again, we weee not disappointed.

Super excited to go back and experience the chef’s tasting menu with friends, very soon!

I ordered Paella
I must first emphasize that I normally specify a low sodium diet.
Unfortunately, on this occasion I neglected to inform the service staff.
The dish was tasty, however a bit salty personally.

We ordered an octopus and it looked like chicken, so we complained and they gave us a very similar one, it didn't look like octopus, they offered to replace it but we were surprised because we never asked to change it and they charged us for it when we never asked for the dish to be replaced, it's not fair that they offer to change it and charge for it on top of that.
Im not happy with the owners service’

Small hole in the restaurant on the east side of town. I live way out west, but it was definitely worth the journey. Because all of the food was excellent. Got the fish and chips (the fries were awesome, homemade and you can tell they take care in making those) It was great. The other part of our party had the noodles, tuna, and the beef empanadas. Everything listed above was very good to excellent. The best thing we had though I'd have to say it was the pork belly appetizers. They had to be one of the best things I've ever eaten anywhere. Got to talk to the owner, Lonzo, and his other half Nicole they were very nice to talk to. We got all three desserts, the tiramisu, chocolate bread pudding (that eats as good as it sounds), and the cheesecake. All three were very good but I'd have to go with the cheesecake and bread pudding over the tiramisu. Just to let everyone know, everything was not cheap but not super expensive, but they give you so much with each portion it's definitely worth it, and you'll have plenty to take home.
