We arrived at the airport off a cruise at 9am and the airline wouldn’t let us in until 2 hours before the flight so we spent many hours beside this stand and got a breakfast sandwich. When we first arrived they were out of bagels but they got more in about 15 min. It was tasty but the sausage to bagel ratio was off. The patty was so small in comparison to the bagel. But in the baggage claim are the only options were this or Starbucks.

Can I not leave zero stars? If you're looking for a cold, long-dead animal on a rock bagel, look no further! This was the grossest thing I've ever dared try. But the bagel did have more warmth and personality than the lady who took our order. Skip this place and get something from a vending machine.

It’s a good thing I was starving, the line was 20 deep, the young woman working needs not to work for this company. The young man was great I was in line 20 minutes, I am sure someone really needs this job.

Honestly one of the products and service I’ve had in a long time. Came out to $4.22 and they don’t even put the cream cheese on for you. Waited there for over 5 mins with no one insight. Would give 0/5 if possible

Airport website says they open at 0600 so past 0700 we went to get something. The girl was like "not open, opens around 0730. And we don't do breakfast sandwiches we only have bagels"..I don't know why the sign right behind her lists breakfast sandwiches then...

Yes the reviews are true and I have t read them yet. Just awful. Zombie like employee told us after we try to order that the don't have what we want. As a matter of fact they only have barely anything. One type of lunch sandwich and some breakfast items at 2:45 in the afternoon. Then one of the employees sneezes and never washes her hands. Either she didn't cover her mouth (horrid) or she did and didn't wash up. Then she slaps our choices, sorry their choices of what we got to eat together like it was nuclear waste and she couldn't eat it out of her hands fast enough. Might as well have been a frisbee the way the food was tossed. Did I mention the credit card reader doesn't work and the cashier tells my wife well you have to put in the number like we are morons and should obviously have known this. How this place place survives is simple. What choice do you have when you've been waiting seven hours and you have seven more to go before you'll see food.

Won’t ever eat here again. First off, they only allow you to have a plain bagel for their sandwiches even though they have other flavors available. Secondly, the food quality isn’t worth the money.

On September 29th 2019 approximately 11 AM I was at the airport waiting for my flight. I ordered some bagels and coffees. Something was wrong with the coffee. When I approached those ladies that was working that day to check the coffee she was like "if you want strong coffee go to Starbucks. Worst experienced ever. At the end they give me back the money for the coffee .

This is by far the absolute worst customer service I've EVER seen in an airport. I'm embarrassed to witness the horrible image those people portray of Fort Lauderdale. It's repulsive. They cuss. They roll their eyes. I had to manually type in all if my credit card info. Manually type it in a major airport!! I bought a coffee and a bagel. I stood there waiting for my coffee only to learn 10 minutes later that not only do I serve myself my own coffee, but that I just grab my own cup because that seems to be too much work.
