Horrible service but the food is amazing. We come all the time and every time service is even worst . Even in the bar🙃

The waitress never refilled my water and just was slow and bad customer service all around. Just not good to be honest wouldn’t recommend dine in.
No one at my table got our drinks refilled never got anything just wow.
Food was still good though. Props to the chef…

Pretty horrible experience…. Started off with dirty napkins falling out of the menu… cleared that off with some other napkins as they were covered in butter from the previous patron. Server Jesus just generally didn’t care about providing any service at all. Hot as hell in the restaurant to the point of dripping sweat on my legs…. Asked for utensils to crack shells, didn’t get anything at all. Missed part of my order entirely. No refills on drinks. Never would recommend.

Meh. I guess I'm old. I don't want to listen to rap music or hip hop while I'm eating dinner with friends for a birthday. I mean it's cool and all. I like rap but it seems like a more Urban targeted demographic.

Food is delicious,too good and the service is good.

Went on a dinner date with my cousin and Julios was our server. He was so amazing, and attentive. We will be coming back for his service.

Food was excellent, they lacked certain utilities but I managed. Excellent price. I walked out full.

My family and I stopped in Fort Lauderdale fl on our way to a cruise for my neice’s 13th birthday and she wanted crab legs so I googled and found this place and what a pleasure it was. Let me start off by saying our server was awesome her name is Khloe. Her customer service was top notch. Now moving on to the food we ordered the king crab legs , fried catfish, fried shrimps, hush puppies, corn on the cobb everything was 10/10 the food was seasoned very well.

I was less than pleased with this place. They serve lobster and do not have metal utensils. They do not have any tools to open the seafood - no picks - no crackers. You are left with a plastic fork and your fingers. The shrimp were just ok. The breading was not crispy throughout. The seating was very uncomfortable and hard. I will not be back.

The was good, they give you apron and everything and it's very messy but that's the whole point so if you have issue earing with your hands it's not the place for you. The shrimp was great, the crab legs and also the corn was good. Didn't eat anything else. Tbe place wasn't busy when we got there. Service is pretty good. Not always available.

Worst experience of my life. The restaurant was extremely warm and the tables weren't clean. The napkin dispenser was empty and it took at least 30mins for someone to approach us. I had to ask repeatedly for salt and pepper which should have been in the table. After all that I paid with cash and the girl never brought me back my change or a receipt. I will never visit any of their establishments ever again.
