Bad food, bad service. The kitchen is very dirty. They don’t clean and they leave everything dirty they give you cold food that was sitting for a long time. Bad service.

It was my first time at Brooklyn Water Co. I’m in the Hallandale Beach area and I didn’t know this place was somewhat close. Co-workers spoke of BWC and that I should try it. I did it was delicious I got the Hot Honey sandwich with ICE Coffee. Will be going by more often. This place clean and staff were great!!!!!!

Being from Brooklyn, and having been here once before, I thought I found my new spot in town.
Walked in at 3:01 (a literal minute after closing, and unaware), and asked if I could buy a coffee. There was no welcome, no hello, no smile. The “no” was not what bothered me, it was how unbelievably short, rude, and unhelpful the woman at the register was to my polite request (This was 3pm Saturday 5/10). She was visibly agitated by my even asking. She then lied about their being no coffee and now ice (as the coffee bubbled in the dispenser just to my left) I work in customer service and I’ve worked in retail. I’m sure the owners would want their employees to make every reasonable sale.
Being closed is absolutely reasonable, being rude to polite requests isnt.
