Excellent customer service. They were pleasant, professional and polite. In addition to being informative. I ordered the build your own salad with a Watermelon lemonade. The greens, toppings, and protein was fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend and you can eat in or take-out. By the way my protein choice was salmon and it seasoned and cooked perfectly proper. You can tell by the place overall they take pride in their product & business. The ingredients were fresh & of quality. initially introduced through a yelp event. was in the area again so had to go back and still tastes as great as the first time i went. I got the Cobb Salad and subbed out the cheese for parmesan. Was Delicious and so filling!!!! I had them use the boss sauce which was the perfect dressing!

I have been to Salad Boss many times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's a black-owned, Veteran-owned, family-owned restaurant, with friendly service and GREAT Food. The Tuna has become a community loved menu item, but in my opinion, they really excel at breakfast (LOL). Eggs are always perfectly cooked, the menu has lots of variety, and the specials are interesting. There is a good mix of Healthy choices and Guilty Pleasures. The Portions are always very generous. Food is made to order, so depending on the time of day there may be a short wait, but it's worth the wait.

5stars across the board!! New fav Salad spot for sure. They are black owned and pleasant! I went maybe an hour before closing on a rainy day. It was CLEAN and aesthetically pleasing! The decor is so inviting and comfortable. I ordered the tuna salad (omgggg so DAMN good!) y'all gotta try it! It was my birthday, I was able to sit in the Bsuite and have a really good conversation with the owner, who is down to earth and relatable. I also had the green smoothie which was pretty good. The salad was worth every cent and was actually filling. I honestly think I enjoyed the atmosphere more than anything. I was able to just relax and listen to some "grown folk" music without any noise or distraction. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back again... And again!

Wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat for lunch, but wanted something savory and healthy. I stumbled upon a gem called The Salad Boss, a new restaurant with an assortment of salads and other foods. The owner, Ronnie, was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire menu. He wanted to make sure I found the perfect item to satisfy my craving. I chose the tuna salad, something I normally wouldnt gravitate to. Not to mention Ronnie put his personal guarantee on my selection, confident that it would be a winner. And it did not disappoint! The ingredients were extremely fresh, which was the first thing I looked at before I decided to order anything. The flavor profiles from The Salad Boss transformed an ordinary tuna salad into a delicious, yet healthy lunch that was totally unexpected. So much so I’m writing a review lol, something I never do! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again for the amazing food and great customer service.
