The restaurant was very pretty but overly air conditioned but our 6:45 reservation was for outside. All five of us enjoyed our meals. Starters, meze and mains were delicious except the lentil soup was a overly salty. Our server (wish I knew her name) was delightful and very knowledgeable about the wines and the food and her attention to us very good. This was our first time here and her recommendations were spot on! We sat outside but the traffic noise was, at times deafening, causing us to stop speaking as it was too noisy to hear. We will return another time but would sit inside and ask for the air conditioning to be turned down. Also, the restrooms were frigidly cold!

I do believe the kitchen needs to be a lot more attentive when grilling meats I was there about three weeks ago and I got a pork chop that was raw in the center and then yesterday I ordered lamb chops and it looked like they had been thrown in the fire and then Rare on the inside asked for medium

Excellent food, overall wonderful experience. Only issue was the wait time for a table — but the food and experience were worth the small inconvenience of a long wait time. The fish is fantastic, as are the mezze we tried including the zucchini chips and octopus which were both delicious — highly recommended. Servers are very professional and very nice.

We very much enjoyed our evening at Theos and highly recommend for quality and freshness of food and outstanding service! If I had to give one small critique, it would be that you can not request the filet mignon other than medium/well done so we opted for the chicken which was cooked perfectly, charred on the outside and very juicy on the inside, delicious. We will definitely be back!

If you are in the FT. Lauderdale area you must eat at Theos Estiatorio. Super authentic Greek cuisine. We had the Greek salad, spreads, fried calamari, Saganaki cheese and keftedakia for appetizers. For the entree we had chicken souvlaki and a side of lemon potatoes. Last but not least we had the ekmek kataifi, bougatsa, yiakourti and the loukamades for dessert. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. The ambience makes you feel like you are in Greece. I also need to mention the owners-Theo and Grace they were so hospitable and kind.If you haven’t been to Theos Estiatorio you must go, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Food great, lots of choices, great salads for sharing. A little slow on service. 7 staff were in dining room which had only a few tables and it took forever to get an extra tzatziki sauce. Try Theo's chips as an app, delicious!

Best. Greek food. In town. Hands down!! I came to Theos for a girls night last week and refuse to ever go anywhere else. The ambience is chic, cool, and aesthetic. I felt like I was back in Mykonos! We shared a bunch of appetizers (probably more than needed) including octopus, calamari, tuna tartare, saganaki, spanakopita, Brussels sprouts, beans, Greek salad, beet salad...and a few more :) there was not one thing on the table that wasn't beyond outstanding. Our server was fabulous and attentive. I cannot wait to return to Theos! Definitely a new favorite in town!!
