If you haven't been to Timbr, you must try it! From the moment you enter, you are transported into an enchanted forest fantasy! Everything here is gorgeous! All three rooms are giving vibes on high! And then there is the food! OMG! YUM! I have eaten here 4 times, and each time has been better than the last. The oxtail empanadas are so flavorful, and the dough is so flaky. They are perfect! My daughter and I were fighting over the last bite of burratta. The Caesar salad is the best ever! It has a unique tarragon dressing and crunchy crumbled croutons mixed in. The octopus with potatoes is also great, the octopus is not chewy at all and the sliced potatoes are perfectly done. I love the pork chop. It's soft and tender. I love the chicken too! Never had anything like it before. It's rolled and delicious. And now about the desserts! Creme brulee all day! Best ever!

After two months of anticipation, we finally made it to TIMBR—and my husband was right, it was absolutely worth the wait!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautifully themed rooms that created a unique and immersive atmosphere. Each space was thoughtfully designed, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing and elegant evening. The ambiance struck a flawless balance between cozy and sophisticated.

The hostess who seated us was incredibly sweet and accommodating—truly an asset to the establishment. Her professionalism and knowledge of the hospitality industry were clearly evident.

Service was exceptional. Our server, Carlin, went above and beyond—she was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made spot-on recommendations that enhanced our entire dining experience. Every detail was meticulously attended to, and it showed.

The food was nothing short of phenomenal—beautifully presented and full of flavor. The highlight of the night was without a doubt the Crème Brûlée—perfectly torched, smooth, and indulgent. Their wine selection was also impressive, with great pairings to complement the menu. We had the Carpaccio, Mussels, and Tuna Tartare—each one was beautifully plated and delicious. In the lounge, the drinks were outstanding—I had the Arancini Rossa (I think!) and an Old Fashioned, both expertly crafted and full of flavor.

A special shoutout to Ali, the operations manager, who took the time to personally greet us and share more about the restaurant’s vision and story. It added such a warm and personal touch to our evening.

Thank you, TIMBR, for an amazing experience on a very much-needed parents’ night out.

The food and service were excellent. valine was our waitress. She was phenomenal. The oxtail empanadas, Grilled octopus, braised short rib and corvina were A+. The Mango margarita and sexy Nikki drinks were delicious.

Amazing atmosphere and service, was such a cool experience with all three rooms. Also so many unique and yummy drinks and food on the menu. My new favorite spot plus love the dj on the weekends in the lounge.

Second time dining in at Timbr and I can’t believe it was even better than the first. Got the octopus papas again because it was too good to not try again, perfectly grilled while being soft to the bite. Service all around was impeccable, from the hosts at the beginning, to my server, to his support staff. All around an immaculate dining experience that everyone in Fort Lauderdale deserves to try.

Waiter was whatever she was very forgetful, the drinks from the bar was not good, it forever to get a simple tequila and red bull. My meal came before my drink. Unfortunately the food was best part, but the other staffs are helpful

I really wanted to love this place because the decor is amazing and its in a great location, but I can't get over the lack of value. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying top dollar for a good meal but if you are going to charge exceptionally high prices, I think you need to deliver exceptionally high quality and service. Timbr doesn't do that.

The food was good, but not great (for example, they don't have any bread to hold you over while you wait hours for your food and the steaks have no sauces available) and the service was very bad. From the time we arrived until the time we left was almost exactly two hours. Keep in mind that we ordered immediately upon being seated. Most of that time, there was no sign of our waiter.

I did not complain or ask for any special consideration, but the waiter insisted that the wait was too long and told us that the manager would be adjusting the bill. Again, I didn't ask for anything. But when the bill came ($315 for three people. Two of us shared an entree and we had no desert), there was no adjustment for the bad service. I asked the waiter and he told me that the manager elected to not adjust anything. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I think they realize the service is bad because they automatically add a 20% tip to the bill. That's what I normally tip but in this case, it was way too high.

For two hours, the waiter kept apologizing for the poor service, then he told us the manager would make it right, and in the end, they did nothing. Something needs to change for the better here.

On a positive note, I think the restaurant is very stylish and beautiful. The music was a bit too loud for my taste and discouraged conversation at the table. But it is a very nice place, otherwise.

Phenomenal atmosphere and food, everything was delectable and left me and my date curious about the rest of the menu.
Service and drinks were top notch too so we will definitely be returning.

I dined last night at Timbr. I sat at the bar and received excellent service. Amazing ambiance. The food was incredible, and it matched the quality of the drinks. A Must-Try restaurant!

TIMBR is amazing 🤩 I am truly impressed by the quality of food, service and ambience. The music was very chill and elegant. The service was phenomenal. The vibes was giving all the feels. We celebrated a girlfriend’s birthday and she was very excited and enjoyed her moment. The octopus was delish. The crème brûlée was by far one of the best I’ve ever had.
