We tried the $75 special which had a variety of flavors. It included an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert. In my humble opinion, it was not worth $75. However, the place is beautiful and service was good. I think that the food wasn’t up to par with the location. We had the pasta with short ribs that really didn’t have much meat. It was a thick tomato sauce that lacked depth to the flavors. The appetizer was as good as going to your regular Hispanic breakfast restaurant for an empanada. Nothing special. You can’t get away with just nicely garnished dishes. The food has to be good. I think I’ll go back and try other dishes only because the servers were super nice. I must say that the grilled octopus was very good . The place is beautiful and it deserves a second chance. The Club upstairs was super cool after our meal. We had drinks which were priced right and very flavorful. This is a must visit restaurant in Fort Lauderdale.

Ali was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I was in town for a few days with my girlfriend and this was by far the best restaurant and best meal we’ve had thus far. The food was impeccable and every dish was better than the last, flavor profile was on point!! Try the Lamb Shank and Beef Wellington as recommended and I can say it didn’t disappoint, a definite 5 star experience! Don’t get me started on Ali (our server) but while we’re at it let’s get started. Over and beyond knowledgeable, efficient, respectful & hospitable. I can’t stress enough about his hospitality, kudos to you as a company for your success and looking forward to our visit with you again. Cheers to you all and much success, as you deserve it all!!!

Amazing food and service, nothing else like this in Fort Lauderdale. Miami style food and service in Fort Lauderdale. Most restaurants in Las Olas only look pretty but TIMBR has amazing food. Beautiful upstairs lounge with amazing Old Fashions. True gem.

Loved our dining experience. The restaurant is beautiful-chic but has a relaxed feel. The food is wonderful and beautifully presented. Our server, Andrew, couldn’t have been better. He had a relaxed, friendly, easy manner but was extremely proficient. The service was outstanding from the entire staff. That’s the thing I love most about TIMBR—-the atmosphere. There is a very friendly, upbeat vibe and their customer service is top notch. In fact, they ran out of one of the desserts we had ordered and instead, comped the entire dessert order for the table. This is not just a place to dine. It’s a place to have a dining experience.

I had very high expectations for this bar. But quite frankly the food and the service was underwhelming. On the fence if I’ll ever give this place a second chance.

There is no place like Timbr. The the level of service was unmatched, where my server, Brad, was constantly checking in, but I also noticed other service staff walking around the floor to check in on other guests, and the chef even came out and spoke to tables to check in on their meals. The kitchen staff were vibrant, always smiling and even dancing in the kitchen, which added to the upbeat atmosphere.
The first floor gives a feeling of an urban forest, and the fiber-optic fireflies are really charming. I’d love to come back and check out the other rooms in the future if they’re all to this caliber.
The food was fantastic. I highly recommend that the Arancini in the bone in pork chop. And they had such a distinct take on the crème brûlée, making a classic completely stand out. I will definitely be back, and can’t wait to bring family and friends along with me. There is nothing like this anywhere else in downtown Fort Lauderdale!

This is a restaurant you go to for a vibe but not really the food. Disappointing bc it’s genuinely beautiful in there its one of the prettiest restaurants Ive ever been to but the food was mid. The only thing I really liked from my whole dinner was the creme brûlée. The steak wasn’t even cooked the way we asked and came cold and we didn’t finish it. Service and ambience is amazing but the food just doesn’t match unfortunately.

I find it soo tacky that the upstairs lounge bar adds gratuity to each and every drink that you order..that's so unacceptable.. gratuity should only be added to main revenue table tops ordering dinner of
perhaps 6 or more...

Had a great experience here. Beautiful decor, well lit and good music/acoustics. Sat at the bar and had really warm interactions with the whole team - Michelangelo, Tevin and Genesis in particular. Genesis made great cocktails and was attentive even when she was super busy. I wish these guys all the best. Good people.
I ate the lamb shank and a side of broccolini. Lamb was rich and unctuous and the broccolini was bright and had great texture. Portions probably better for sharing than for a solo diner.
Drank a Negroni and a mojito - both were perfectly executed.

This place is wildly overrated. It could have been fine if it didn’t take itself so seriously. A quick note: if you’re going to seat guests at 10:30, maybe don’t come over at 10:44 to announce the kitchen is closing. Either adjust your reservation cutoff or—at the very least—graciously explain this upfront and take the full order right away.
Ambiance? Beautiful. The space is stunning. But once the food and service come into play, the veneer falls apart. Dishes look elegant, but the execution doesn’t match the presentation or the price point.
The arancini? Three tiny rice balls for nearly $20, decent but forgettable. The octopus? Fine if you already love octopus, but nothing about it elevated the dish for those who don’t—which is what separates good food from great. Burrata was just that: burrata on a plate, dressed up without delivering anything new. After a few appetizers, I found myself wondering if this was really the same place everyone hypes up on Instagram.
The TIMBR pizza arrived in an uncoordinated manner; prior to getting it a staff member, not our server, wandered over asking, “hey, did you guys order a pizza or something?” Not exactly a confidence builder. Flavor-wise, it was good, not great—short rib, béchamel, a nice drizzle—yet it still evoked “pizza is pizza” rather than “wow, this is special.”
Service didn’t redeem things either. Our server, Brianna, swooped in to collect menus and implied we were finished, which was jarring. Only then did we learn the kitchen closed at 11. Not a huge issue in itself—but why not communicate that when seating us at 10:34? Instead, we scrambled to throw in a late order: a gamey lamb dish and a short rib ragu with oddly flavored whipped ricotta, both underwhelming finishes to an already uneven night. The place also felt unwelcoming, with small annoyances piling up—like being presented with a check, handing over my card, and then receiving the card back already run with additional charges tacked on that the server had forgotten and never even mentioned. That alone makes this an absolute skip.
Much like the sparkling water they were out of at the beginning of our meal, the s’mores dessert we wanted was also unavailable. Pressed for time, we ended up with the strawberry shortcake and the galaxy. The galaxy, to its credit, was the most redeeming part of the evening—striking, creative, and exactly the kind of thing that photographs well. The shortcake, on the other hand, was laughable: fried donut balls with a scoop of ice cream, dressed up as something refined. Embarrassing for a place with this much pretense.
In short: gorgeous setting, but once you scratch the surface, the food, service, and value don’t live up to the pretense.

-waiter was phenomenal
-presentation artistic
-ambience incredible
-bench seating was insanely comfortable. Makes you think why no one else does it like them. Props to the decorator
-food was good. We loved our appetizers and the dessert. Main course wasn’t mind blown but the tuna app and salads were great. Pics speak for themselves
Thank you Timbr
