Food was very good. The staff is poorly managed and not well trained in hospitality. They appear to be understaffed. Wait times are very long for service and from the first greeting by the Maître d', there is not a feeling of hospitality convened to guests. The appears that the back of the house is managed well but the front of the house is disorganized and has received poor or little training in dealing with guests. We tried two times and will likely go somewhere else next...
The food was absolutely amazing but our waitress took our order and then we did not see her for another 45 minutes and we had to find someone to bring us a check. Other than that, it was awesome.
I had a wonderful experience at Tinta's! The food was absolutely delicious, served hot just the way I like it, and the oceanfront view made the atmosphere even more special. Our server was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and ensured everything arrived perfectly. I highly recommend making reservations, or be prepared for a wait, because this place is definitely worth it!
