Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Came in at about 330 today to grab a smoothie for my girlfriend and myself. I took a look at the menu and went back outside to ask my girlfriend what she would like when the employee working chased me down and accused me of stealing her tips. Had me come back in the store and empty my pockets then threatened to call the cops. I told her please do that because of course i did not take anything and check the cameras...she then called her co worker who admitted that she had the tips. So a pretty horrible experience do not come here

Walked in at 7:57 pm and the lady told me they closed at 7:30 lol it clearly says 9pm 😑 you owe me free smoothie for a year. Tropical smoothie cafe

Location is closed due to roaches! Disgusting they were forced to shutdown! They have mold and roaches everywhere in the kitchen

Worst tropical smoothie location ever!
The employee didn't understand basic English and didn't/couldn't help my grandmother who didn't understand the menu.
Also the smoothie was NASTY. I always order the usual Detox Island Green and this was not even full to the brim and it was so runny that I asked her to make a new one, then when she made a new one it tasted like green ice, not even a smoothie. I was very very displeased. Please fix this location.

This is the only location I know that give very small portions and leave you with mostly bread also the smoothie are water down mind you it’s only this location

Never answers the phone (the guy working today looked me dead in my face and told me their phone doesn't work) as if it's normal, what business doesn't have a way for customers to contact them? I sat outside for 10+ mins waiting for my curbside and had to walk in myself to get my order due to not being able to contact them. When I got my smoothie it had the same consistency as water.

Contacted corporate because there was metal pieces of the blender found in my finance and my smoothie! No refund no response! The store refuses to answer the phone or take accountability as well as provide us with a refund! Corporate has yet to follow up or reach out regarding refund this incident took place April 3.My fiancé and I only knew the pieces were inside because it scraped the top of his mouth as it came through the straw, he immediately knocked mines out of my hand as I was going in for a sip. I am postpartum from a c section surgery and always order smoothie from tropical smoothie we have spent thousands with this company literally during this pregnancy alone. I have the pieces that we found from the blender in a ziplock bag to this very day. I am so disappointed at the lack of response over something this serious and actually caused injury to my fiancé and could’ve caused serious injury to a postpartum mother recovering from serious surgery.

Cant say anything about the food. Employee could not be bothered from eating in food prep area to even take our order or acknowledge us. We were the only people there and waited 5 minutes and nothing! Will not waste my time again. Go to Smoothie King across 17th street. Excellent service.

Doors were closed, had to order online, smoothie wasn't blended all the way and had chunks.

Me and my family went to this location last night, and I eat tropical smoothie all the time my family never had it. This was their first experience and their last because our food was poorly made. There was barely anything in our flatbreads. I asked for a chipotle, bacon, chicken flatbread I barely had chicken in it barely had lettuce, barely had tomatoes, and there was no chipotle sauce. Also, our quesadillas had barely anything inside of it. We had to order food because we couldn’t eat it because it was so terribly made. I will never go back to this location again also, it smells bad inside.

Delicious food.I had the Caribbean shirt c*** and it was great and the customer service was very friendly.I will say it was odd.They only had a few tables in such a large space.The restaurant felt very lonely and empty.But it was clean and the food was delicious.So I would definitely come back here again

Literally worst service ever. Rude employee, made me wait 30mins for 2 smoothies and 3 sandwiches.

In my opinion, I have never seen a more sluggish staff. As I waited 15 minutes for my wrap to be made, I got inpatient and approached the counter again. They ignored me and finally when I said something they rolled their eyes and gave me attitude. When I received the wrap I ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap cold and they served it to me toasted and absolutely disgusting. Worst tropical smoothies I've ever been to.
I can't even call and speak to a manager for a refund because the lines are disconnected.
