Brought a Chia Banana and Banana Flatbread, which was a big disappointment. I've purchased at other Tropical Smoothies and it's better at other locations. At this location, they do not blend the smoothie well and they leave chunks of the ingredients within the so-called smoothie. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this location for chia banana or banana flatbread.

Located in the Cypress Creek Station, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a nice place to boost your energy and/or eat healthy with a variety of smoothies, add-ins/supplements ($1.29 each), wraps & sandwiches, flatbreads, quesadillas, salads, sides & desserts, and acai bowls. Breakfast items is served all day, and they have a breakfast happy hour for 24 oz. smoothies for $5.49 monday-friday 7am-9am.Once I was greeted by a friendly male employee, I ordered a Jetty Punch which was a strawberry and banana smoothie. The smoothie was nicely made. Though it was refreshing, I wish it was a bit sweeter, but I guess if you're watching what you're putting in your body, sugar wouldn't be something you want. I'm not fully on that healthy eating vibes as yet, but once in a while is good enough for me. Prices for every item are under $12 so it's reasonable. May stop by at times when I'm in the area. Also gonna download the app to earn rewards. I just love earning rewards towards free food

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had and they were completely under staffed. Took 45 mins for me to get my order in, and get the stuff I ordered. In that time I’ve seen 4 people leave not because there was a line but because it took forever to get the cashier to put in the order while also trying to fulfill the orders on her screen. And to make the situation worst I waited all this time just to get the wrong wrap. ?

So, I've been here when the manager is in and everyone is friendly, courteous and overall looks happy to be at work. When the manager isn't on site...it's a completely different smoothie shop, the employees won't even speak to you, much less say, "Thank you" when you throw money into their tip fish bowl.

9:15 order placed through Uber eats for pickup. Show up at 9:20 and the girls have already closed down the kitchen. I get some people like to get a head start to go home. Just a shame because I just moved into the area and I would frequent the Tropical Smoothie by my other home in Deerfield. Guess I'll just have to stick to that location from now on

** I visited this location last week and have been struggling with a hacker using my TS account every day since.I've reported it twice a day because I feel completely violated with all my data and financial information.I need a HUMAN RESPONSE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.****I'll replace this review immediately after this gets resolved. I'm hoping someone in a management position sees this and can actually help. I'm exhausted all the toll free numbers and emails I can muster.

I ordered 2 sandwiches with Uber eats. The strawberry chicken flatbread arrived with no chicken and the Turkey bacon ranch had no bacon or ranch. This will be both my first and last time ordering from this place. What a waste of money.
