Turns out I’m not the only one complaining about this location just looked up the other reviews now I’m going to smoothie King because it seems like this place is terrible

A black family that came after me got their food before me because I’m white. I’ve dealt with three instances in South Florida where I was mistreated because of the color of my skin. I don’t care what anyone says. I know what discrimination feels like and it’s absolutely disgusting experiencing it in Florida. I’m literally rushing my move because of it.

A little disappointed. The staff was kind but the machine they used to make my smoothie was filthy. It clearly had stains from. I have no idea what else. I asked the young lady what was the residue she told me it was from my drink. My drink does not have those colors in it. I requested a new one. After already waiting 10 minutes.

Way too many health violations for me to ever eat here again! It got extremely busy at the time that I ordered my food, and I watched the employees go back and forth between the register/ taking money to prepping and making food without ever changing their gloves. Also someone fake eyelash ended up in one of my smoothies.

My online order is never ready when they say it will be. They gave my order away and a staff member was nasty (used profanity) and rude about the fact that they gave my order away.

The Manager Marcia and employee Allison are amazing provide amazing customer service. I come here daily and they make sure I’m help every single time. They need a raise! ❤️

After following the direction of an ad on their front door. I tried to redeem a free smoothie with a purchase in the app. After I places my order I was told by the manager an older black woman that they do not honor that special at the location. Keep in mind on the front door of the store it encourages you to scan a QR code to get the special!

My Mango Magic Smoothie was awesome! Has a nice atmosphere and decor. Ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap was spicy and delicious. It's a great place for a quick bite.
