Was just in the store loud rap music playing guy seemed bothered to take order
Flat bread was awful tasting he made so fast forgot to put tomatoes in it then when did they were old very hard ! Asked sauce on side. Didn’t do that either I have tired this location a few times never again

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I just have to say—I was blown away by the amazing customer service! The two guys working there were absolutely incredible. Their energy, friendliness, and efficiency were on another level. They greeted everyone with a smile, and it was clear they really cared about making each customer’s experience great.

Not only were they fast and super efficient, but they also kept the vibe positive and fun. You could tell everyone around was impressed by how smoothly everything was running. On top of that, the restaurant was spotless, which made the whole experience even better.

I’m giving them a well-deserved five stars because service like that should be the standard everywhere. They made my visit unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be back!

I was waiting to order for 5 minutes. I saw 3 employees playing cards at the table and they was blasting their music so loud and laughing. I felt like invisible person. Never again I'm coming back.

The girl attending the front counter and made the smoothie. Had a bad attitude. She tried giving me a smoothie with a quarter of it missing. There was a lack of concern. Didn’t apologize. She added a few strawberries and more ice. The taste was gone. I went home with a bland smoothie and fixed it when I got home.

They provided such great customer service this morning. They were happy, suggested a new smoothie that I loved, and the energy was great! Thank you guys I really needed that this morning.

The morning crew needs to get it together my smoothie always sucks!! The afternoon crew that girls I never have a problem with my smoothie. I was craving so bad this morning to only be disappointed I don’t taste any white chocolate in my Bahama mama smoothie . I should have just went to Dunkin Donuts instead. I’ll only start coming here for afternoons only

i was waiting for the feedback to come over but it went to my spam . the food was disgusting …. smoothie disgusting…. i’m eating thinking the sauce is on the veggies but i was given rotten lettuce which gave me food poisoning. i’m never eating here again i called the store and no one picked up i want a refund !

Oh my God this place has some really good food and the qualities unbelievable. The people who worked there are very friendly no attitude and very fairly prize. The price is actually really really really good. I never thought I would have such a good food at this place very well done Definitely back

Insanely amazing juice/smoothies to grab quickly. Sometimes they are even great as a meal replacement. Love the service here too! Very friendly.
