The owner needs to spend some time with his/her staff… poor woman there tonight didn’t speak 1 word of English. Had the line nearly out the door and A quick grab of ice cream turned into a huge ordeal, as she rang us up for $3,400…. Yes $3,400. I feel bad as the employee had absolutely no concept about what was going on and was clearly panicking. Frustrated customers in front and behind us - we took the liberty to offer help and ring ourselves up. This is on the owner. Cherry on top was the shake was awful and watered down. Not happy and likely won’t be back as there are better options in close radius.

Terrible service. The lady who works here actually rolled her eyes and made a face when we walked up to the door. She was sitting outside on her phone and we obviously bothered her by wanting to get food. She was SO rude. We smiled and said hello. Nothing from her. You can get good ice cream anywhere, good people-not so much! We will never go back.

The 2 stars are for the kind employee but 1 star is worthy for being overpriced and under delivering in quality. One literal scooper size of ice cream in a CUP was $7.50 and a waffle bowel was $9.00 with 2 small scoops. It didn't compare. The pricing could be understood if the quantity was there in the scoops. I see why they changed names and hopefully owners after seeing his nasty responses to customers. Very disappointing.

New store in the shopping complex Victoria Shoppes (where Winn Dixie is present). They have FroYo, handmade ice-cream, delicious boba tea, and even lavish crêpes to satisfy any cravings. They have some outdoor seating too. Their boba tea selection, features a variety of delightful flavors, from classic milk teas to exotic fruit blends. They tend to close a bit earlier than their posted hours. Likely due to staffing issues.

Currently my favorite ice cream shop in Fort Lauderdale! I feel like quality soft serve ice cream is rare in the area, and Churn & Scoop does it really well. They also have other interesting ice cream flavors and variations too. Service is always friendly, and the shop is clean and bright. I hope Churn & Scoop sticks around for a while.

Super positively surprised. I was expecting just a regular ice cream place and here we go with some super interesting flavors they have! Irish Cream, half-baked, Cappuccino Chip, and more! Super yummmmmmyyyyy!

Stopped in after dinner… was really looking forward to this place because of its good reviews. I was super disappointed. Staff was friendly, that’s why I gave some stars. Ice cream was icy/freezer burnt (dark chocolate and half baked) and had a gross artificial sweetener aftertaste. My friend got Cookie Monster and was also disappointed. I brought my dog, and he didn’t even want to lick the cup. Will not be going back.

Cute little shop with so many options!The staff is very helpful in describing what each ice cream is made of. I tried a couple and was difficult to decide because I liked all the flavors I tried.The over the rainbow is really good! I thought the marshmallows would be too sweet, but it had the right amount without it being too much.The roasted banana was also very good and paired really well with the waffle cone!If you’re looking for something a little more basic I recommend the soft serve! It’s so good and creamy!Overall would definitely go back especially since they change flavors every Friday!

I was super excited to hear that this shop had opened in walking distance from my home - although slightly worried I might not be able to contain my addiction :D The staff is very friendly, and the ice-cream is outta this world! I've tried many of their flavors (they have new limited edition flavors on Fridays) and they're all creamy. Ooegy Gooey is my absolute favorite.
