Never in my life have I had such bad service or left a restaurant without eating!!!! Ordered 2 main dishes at 11pm, wife got hers at 11:45pm and I didn’t get my food til 12:30am after my wife had eaten already, that is after having to ask multiple times where my food was or if it was ever coming. 3 other tables around us had to also call manager for other problems with same server. Also had to wait for check to pay for over 15 minutes… like it couldn’t get worse.. Not coming back ever. Worst TP location.

I was very displeased with my service with Kiara the bartender’s service she took over 15 minutes to say hello and walked off in the middle of me ordering my food if you’re going to the bar don’t sit with Kiara (I’m not sure if I’m spelling it correct she didn’t have on a name tag)

I had the rainbow trout here today and it was delicious? waitress was polite and very professional and attentive, came by and asked a couple times if there was anything else we needed? Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back‼️

Always a great place to watch sports. Sometimes a good place for service.I'm hardly ever going for the food.There's no cover for pay per view fights and they have a ton of TVs. That's my No. 1 reason for being a regular.They have a pretty good selection of spirits and then your typical beer selection. That's my No. 2 reason for being a regular.Staff can be hit or miss. I've experienced polite and friendly service (most of the time), as well as, passive aggressive or "I'm over it" service.Either way, I order my drinks, watch the TV and try to tip based on my total bill / the service / the amount of time I took up.Overall:-Food is average but consistent-Drink choices are pretty good-Service is average-Cleanliness is above average (especially for the amount of ppl)Parking: Shopping plaza parking lot

Will not visit this establishment any longer. The only restaurant that's required me to hand over my payment card prior to being served even when I was paying cash. Ridiculous policy.

My first time here after driving by many times! It was clean, full bar and lots of TVs for whatever you’d like to watch. Jenissis was the most awesome server! I highly recommend asking for her section! Thank you for making our time special!

We had Natalie as a server and let me tell you the worst ever.We initially first came in and asked for our four-year-old nephew to get a highchair. We still had to wait 15 minutes or so before they brought the highchair after asking . When one of us asked, did they have eggrolls she proceeded to say does it look like a Chinese restaurant. When we tried to ask, what was the best thing on the menu for dips? She wasn’t clear and very nasty. And very indirect. We had to explain that this was our first time at this restaurant. We had been here for almost 30 mins , and she was talking with another table and still hasn’t brought our waters.We’ve had to ask several times. This whole experience was terrible.

I'm not used to THIS level of bad service from Twin Peaks. It was actually laughable how bad it was, and there were several things that went wrong that night.Our server Emily was incredibly inattentive to our table, and several requests that were made went unnoticed. The drinks all came out 30 minutes after the order was taken. They all came out at different times and every. single. time. she had to be reminded and then it still came out 15 minutes later.The food came out literally one by one. The burgers were mismatched, one of ours asked for no cheese and there was cheese, one asked for an extra side of fries and he didn't receive it. But the audacity of it being on the check and then that's when we had to remind her AGAIN and that's when we received it.Clearly there were no food runners, except there WERE food runners because we watched other tables get their food AND drinks before us, leave before us, and we just sat there dumbfounded.The manager George (Jorge, not sure) did not care until we spoke firmly about where our food was, and his solution was to give us some cheap free appetizer on the next time we come. How funny! No one is coming back here, save your cards. It was so interesting that the moment we asked about our food while frustrated with the service, the rest of the meals came out in less than 60 seconds. So we sat for 36 minutes when the food was already done and other tables were getting their food ran.The food comes out to us with wings cold, fries cold, but plates hot. Doesn't make sense.The icing on the cake was Emily handing out checks, not handing out pens, and the absolute nerve of CIRCLING WITH A HEART THE TIP PERCENTAGE. Imagine how tone deaf you have to be to KNOWINGLY give bad service not only on account of the server, but ALSO the management, and their solution was to hand out appetizer cards and circle tips.I've always said that Black people or an all-Black table not tipping is almost self fulfilling. Service was awful from the beginning, almost as if she expected us not to tip her. But the cycle is sad. You think we don't tip so you provide trash service. Your trash service makes us upset and we don't tip. Then you feel justified in continuing to provide trash service.Emily, George, and whoever else from that staff that reads this: stop being trash. Do better.
