NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I FELT SO DISRESPECTED BY A BLACK MAN !!! THE MAN PUT CRABS IN MY BAG AND THE PRICE CAME UP TO $40. WHEN I REQUESTED TO HAVE SOME TAKEN OUT IF MY BAG, I WAS TOLD I WAS CHEAP AND THAT I OBVIOUSLY DIDNT HAVE A MAN TO PAY FOR THEM ! WOW IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED ! I ACTUALLY HAD A GOOD REVIEW FIRST BUT I HAD TO DELETE THAT TO WRITE THIS.

They genuinely offer great customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. However, my rating is based on the quality of the products. The local blue crab, while appearing fresh, didn’t seem as fresh upon closer inspection and may not have been stored or handled properly. I did enjoy the snow crab clusters, which were well-prepared. That said, some items were priced unreasonably high. Due to the overall experience, I’m unlikely to return.

Drove from Sunrise Fl to get blue crab just to get there and no live crabs so I took a chance and purchased about $22 worth of blue crab, I went straight home and they were on ice when I opened the bag I noticed a pungent odor so I washed them off and they still smelled bad and I wont take the chance and eat them. Ill never buy dead supposedly fresh blue crabs again. Especially from here. I liked when I could pick my own live crabs from this place.
Ive been shopping her on and off for almost 20 years. I didnt realize they started opening later in the morning. Its hard to get there in the middle of the day. I dont think ill be back.
