Terrible sushi (the salmon sushi is ONLY salmon, rice and seaweed, literally nothing else including seasoning???) and the staff was rude to us when we bought pre-made sushi and sat down to eat it at the counter

Horrible service....slow & almost like bartender was annoyed when anyone ordered anything. Forgot orders then stated it was busy and she was only one working when a customer would inquire about order that was already placed. Food is "meh" and overpriced. For an airport that already lacks in restaurant options, this is a terrible choice.

Other reviews are correct. Horrible service, and a hidden auto 18% gratuity even on premade rolls that you grab yourself out of the cooler.

The food was nice, but just be mindful that the “tax & gratuity is not included” will be automatically included if you sit at there tables. We spoke to the manager and said can we remove the gratuity off because it said we could take it off on the receipt, but she stated we can’t because we sat down and ate vs. taking it to go.

Scam-like practice, and mediocre sushi. I went to the counter to order my food, and waited for a minute or so while employees were chatting. After paying for my order, the employee gave me the receipt folded in half... I grabbed my food, the receipt, and left. Once in the place I checked the receipt (I know, should've done it before) to realize they AUTOMATICALLY added an 18% gratuity! No questions asked. Shouldn't this be illegal??? What kind of place sneaks in an 18% gratuity without clearly disclaiming it to the customers???

Even so, it’s in the airport as a visitor from New York. On my way back. I stopped by and I had the best and the greatest even better than the one that I ordered in New York.everyone should stop by and enjoy
