Ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl: chicken was dry, vegetables were unseasoned and not fresh, and the staff lost my order. Wish I'd ordered somewhere else

Unfortunately I could not recommend the food. I dont think I'll get sick but it just was not good. I ordered two rolls and only ate about 2/3 before my hunger subsided and i realized the food kind of sucked. I didnt finish my meal, i just left at that point. The beer is fine, I would come back for a quick beer. Next time I need to eat in Terminal 2 I'll head to Shake Shack.

They do add 18% to everything so heads up there.

The sushi was some of the worst sushi I've ever had. Watery and falling apart, and my stomach was left in shambles. I made the mistake of also having nirigi, the fish was obviously frozen and mealy.

The service was good and we had the sweetest server. I got the chicken teriyaki rice bowl, it was filling and had good flavor. Would recommend, especially if you don’t want the greasy food from the other restaurants in this terminal.

Do not go here if you are in a rush the service is so slowwww, I left before I could get the leftover coins and a receipt because I had to go. The rolls are alright

Food presentation is great, unfortunately that’s the only positive comment I can leave here.
I like that you can order on the phone using qr code with specific table#.
Problem is you have to pay first before you can get your order- means you have to put in a tip before services are rendered.
Second problem, i waited 20-25 mins for my 1 chicken teriyaki bowl. I noticed 4 people behind the counter on on the phone two standing around and one prepping something, this is after about 20 mins of waiting, so I got up and asked about my order, to which i was asked “the teriyaki bowl? Just a few mins.” I said yea, and that was the entire conversation, no acknowledgment or apologies. Order was done and they handed me my bowl, asked if i wanted a fork or chopsticks. I was expecting a little bit of acknowledgement for the long wait but nothing. I even thanked them for the food and they didnt respond at all.
The food, though it looked appetizing and freshly hot, it was horrible. Bitter teriyaki sauce. Chicken felt like pulled chicken. Veggies were ok and rice was ok.
So yea, dont expect great food here.
Oh also they automatically charge an 18% servce charge and asks you to add tip, which i hate because i’m forced to tip before i can find out how there service and food will be

horrible service literally robbed me blind. I gave the cashier a $50 bill for a $18 sushi. He gives me $11 in change and claims I have him a $20 bill…. That math doesn’t even math. How would my change be $11???
Almost makes me miss my flight because he refused to give me my change. Due to timing I had to leave the money there or miss my flight. They acted like they wouldn’t remember when I came back so here’s the reminder. See you on my route back for my change. And he never even entered the amount I gave him on the receipt in attempts to cause confused on the amount I gave him.

This place stole my money. They changed the tip amount from $4 to $87 on my $14 order. Be careful and get a receipt or just avoid this place entirely.

Nobody expects great food or service at an airport but this place takes it all to a new low low low. Their overpriced salmon sashimi is smoked salmon. Sashimi is raw. That’s straight up false advertising. The list goes on but suffice to say only go to this place if you want miso soup and hot sake.

There really is no bar in this terminal so this is it, but the food here is not very good. Had the Philadelphia Roll, it was not very tasty, the rice was way too sticky and just not a lot of taste. The staff here is very disinterested.
