A real sour taste in my mouth came from the owners' attitude. From the moment I entered, it was evident they had no interest in customer service. They were dismissive, bordering on rude, and seemed more preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves than serving the paying customers waiting patiently. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to buy their lackluster ice cream.I left Louie's feeling not only disappointed by the poor quality of their ice cream but also disheartened by the owners' unprofessional behavior. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a delightful ice cream experience to steer clear of this establishment until they improve their product quality and customer service—or better yet, find an ice cream shop that values its customers and takes pride in what they serve.

It was the best Italian ice I have had outside of Italy! The owners were extremely friendly, and they are reasonably priced.

Classic ice cream spot with a great variety of flavors. The non-dairy ice cream was some of the best tasting we’ve had (no coconut flavor). The staff are super nice, and the place is clean. Price to portion was good. Definitely recommend if in the area.

We were looking for ice cream, googled this place.And had high hopes.Sad to say, the experience was not an enjoyable one due to the girl behind the counter .She kept getting on the phone with her sister and making us wait.When we finally got served she put the two flavors of ice cream we ordered, a double scoop in a very, very tiny one scoop cup, so it was as small as a single scoop.She said she was hoping that it would be slower so that she could study as she had an exam the next day .

Passed this place 1000 times, finally stopped in for a look. Had cherry and lemon ice. Legit!Tiny bit on the sweet side but very good!
