This place is great! What an immersive dining experience. I highly recommend doing the tasting menu so you can try a little bit of everything. The food was out if this world, but be sure to try the Ricotta Gnuddi, Scallop with Sunchoke and the duck.

The food was just not very good for the outlandish prices they charge. The entrees were undercooked, the duck was served basically blue. The pasta was decent but nothing special for the price. The service was good but couldn’t really make up for the product. Cocktails were fine but uninspired. Won’t be back. Miss the old Valentino.

By way of the name “val-Tino”I was expecting a big Italian experience. In reality much more of a French Cuisine experience. Started with a complimentary room temp potato purée with some delicate herbs, Fantastic texture with a strangely satisfying but not heavy flavor profile. Next was the greens and radicchio salad with a light citrus dressing, perfect light wake up for the pallet, Next was the Foie Gras as stated, a mandatory taste. The balance creaminess of the Foie on the homemade biscuit the pine nut moose on the side, topped with huckleberries puree. Made the most decadent PB&J you'll ever dream of. Next was beef tongue strip with a mushroom puree. Perfectly cooked and melted in you mouth. Next were the two pasta dishes one duck Bolognese and one Wild Mushroom, Champagne sauce pasta. Perfect combination. Entirely different flavor profiles. The duck bolognese was probably the most Italian tasting thing we had all night. While the wild Mushroom champagne sauce, was truly a much bigger French profile. Uniquely different but equally as good.. Next was the Tile fish in an artichoke sauce and the scallop appetizer both prepared perfectly. The artichoke sauce I could have bathed in, so yummy while the Tile fish was light with enough texture to support the sauce. The scallop was a perfect additional bite light an elegant which is hard to say anything is light when you add black truffle to it, but it was. Next was desert, The chocolate tort, the pistachio cream stuffed puffed pastry, and rum soaked pond cake topped with crispy bananas. All were stupid good. The Ranking of the three varied between all of us. But the consensus winner was the rum poundcake.
Fine Italian themed dining which is a far cry from the mediocre fare found in most of the higher end Italian restaurants. Entree portions are on the smaller side so add a primi. Save room for dessert.
This was my second time dining here and it was as memorable as the first. Food and service were impeccable. The sauces and flavors are truly amazing. We opted for the a la carte menu this time. The scallop appetizer and duck bolognese were delicious starters. I had the tile fish (again, beautiful sauce!) and my Mom had the duck breast. We enjoyed both! Limited, but reasonably priced wine list. I wish I could remember the name of our waiter. He was wonderful! The restaurant was rather quiet for a Friday night so we were able to enjoy a relaxing meal without being rushed. I can't wait to return!
10/10 Experience! Wow we really had the best time. Service with Anselm was excellent. The food is refined and every bite infused with flavor. We started with the stracciatella and beef tartar. For mains the table split the cowboy ribeye, bologonese pappardelle, tile fish and duck! We eat a lot of steak and that has to be one of the best steaks out in a long time. The refresh on this space is stunning. The restaurant feels elevated and airy. I wouldn’t be surprised if they received a Michelin star.

Bartenders and waiters were wonderful. Beautiful place. I understand it's fine dining but the portions were unnecessarily small. Tasty, but we all left hungry. Would not go back for that reason.

Wonderful experience. Took a chance and stopped in without a reservation on Thursday night. We were seated at the chefs counter? (Can't remember what it was called but bar seats near the kitchen) for a tasting. From appetizer to dessert all amazing. Great wine too.

Chef Giovanni is no longer there. We came hungry and we left hungry . Food was horrible. Shaved vegetables were bitter - did you put sunflower oil in it ???Also found a piece of plastic in stracciatella dish....A lot of items that you see here on Google reviews is no longer on the menu. Won't ever go back.

Val+Tino was a fabulous experience - from the service to the food, it was a wonderful evening. Our server - Anselm was excellent. Classically trained service truly shows and enhances the overall dining experience. Wish all restaurants were like that!
