Velvet Taco

I had lunch at this place. The service staff is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere and concept are very cool.
The food was also good, as for tacos and guacamole. But it's hard for me to find tacos that taste better than the ones I make myself at home :)

Manager Travis at the Cherry ST in Tulsa Oklahoma- was so knowledgeable- answered all our allergy questions and was patient and also was able to explain what was on each taco Food was fresh and very good and tasty! Velvet

This restaurant is always amazing and the service was great! Lupe at 6th and congress was so nice and helpful! And of course, the food is on point.

we placed our order; there were 4 of us, 2 different tickets. the second order came out after the first order was finished. People that came in after us, got their food quickly. Never again.

Sadly, the taco menu has been reduced and replaced with bowls. If I wanted a bowl I would go to Chipotle, which is not a good alternative. I come here for the great eclectic taco choices. The Cuban Pig is gone, and many more staple tacos - but wait, they said so many people complained that on April 14th they will have a few on their “back door menu” meaning it is not on the menu you see but they will make it if you ask. I loved Velvet Taco. Why did you change? Will you change your name to Velvet Bowls? Bring back all the tacos on the menu please!!!!!!

The food is excellent but the service is where it's at. Phillip at the Deep Ellum location in Dallas went above and beyond! Walked us through the menu, gave us dessert on the house, and was so kind

The food was fresh. The portion were generous. The staff is knowledgeable about the ingredients in their food. The staff was awesome!

Velvet Taco is the best! Every time we go to DFW we enjoy this place. The cauliflower taco is my favorite.

Called tonight for a last minute catering order (needed a pretty large order in about an hour and half). Dealt with Kyle over the phone and he was awesome! Kyle walked me through my options and even had one of his employees deliver it since I couldn’t do pick up. All of my guests LOVED the tacos and the sides that we got.

I definitely recommend using them for any catering needs or even just a quick lunch/dinner!

Kyle and the late night staff gone 11/2-11/3 are truly phenomenal! Served my late on my bday and they were the best dudes in the world!! Go check them out!!
