Went there for an appetizer and a drink. 1st water glasses had lipstick on both of them. 2nd the Wine glasses 1-had again lipstick on it. 3rd No napkins, no silverware with food. No waiter coming back to see if we wanted anything.
I'm giving a 2 start because the appetizer and wine was good. Otherwise it would be a Zero.
