Nice wine bar
I went to Vinos on Las Olas to celebrate my sister's birthday. We(my sister, niece ,mother and I)sat outside since the weather was perfect. The server was friendly but was missing for most of our visit. We ordered four drinks. Three drinks were brought. I ordered a $16 prosciutto and fig flatbread that was delivered without prosciutto. Basically, it was a $16 cracker with brie. I also ordered a charcuterie board which never arrived. The server apologized for not ordering the board, but by that time it was too late and we wanted to go check out the speakeasy. We were not permitted into the speakeasy since my mother was still sipping on her wine. I understand that. When she finished her wine we attempted to enter, but there was no room. Needless to say, our experience here was very disappointing. We ended up going to another restaurant and speakeasy where we ended up having great service, great food, and great drinks for a reasonable price. By the way, I gave the server at Vinos on Las Olas a 20% tip since I am a server myself. She didn't deserve it

I visited Vinos a las Olas yesterday (Sunday) with my cousin to celebrate his birthday. We arrived right at opening (1:00 p.m.) and had a lovely start to the afternoon. We ordered tapas and a bottle of wine, and our server, Valerie, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. She really made the beginning of our visit special.
Unfortunately, later in the afternoon (around 3:30–4:00), things took a very different turn. While my cousin and I were taking a picture, the table—which was a bit wobbly—tilted, and our last glass of wine accidentally spilled. Accidents happen, and in other places I’ve visited, servers have simply replaced the glass and moved on with a smile. Instead, the server who took over after Valerie was extremely rude. Rather than assisting us, she scolded us and told us we had to leave immediately because some wine spilled on the seats.
To make matters worse, I was wearing a dress that was stained by the spill. Valerie (still on the premises at that moment) kindly brought soda water to help me clean it, which I truly appreciated. But the other server’s approach was completely unacceptable—it was harsh, unprofessional, and ruined what had been a very enjoyable afternoon.
I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times before and always enjoyed it, but this experience left me very upset and disappointed. It’s unfortunate that one person’s behavior could overshadow such a great place. If you’re lucky enough to have Valerie as your server, you’ll likely have a wonderful time. But if not, beware—the customer service I experienced from the other server was shockingly poor.
I truly hope management takes note, because this kind of service does not reflect the welcoming, high-quality experience that Vinos a las Olas should represent. Sadly, I don’t know if I’ll return after this.

💔☹️ SPEAKEASY BAR:
Speakeasies often feature vintage decor, dim lighting, and a relaxed, intimate vibe.
Respect others. Show some manners.
This is the message that apparently should be written, because some “grown up middle age” women don’t know how to behave.
This is not the Hood! Respect others and go to Wendy’s if you want to scream instead of talk. A total headache for the team and others customers trying to enjoy this beautiful cosy room.
You can have fun without screaming!
In the other Hand,
Raffa the bartender, a talented and super professional man 👍🏻 great knowledge and flawless cocktails.
The front desk team as well, really friendly and a beautiful soul.
Let’s hope the owners will protect this beautiful place and communicate to the right customers to come.

I had a really unpleasant experience at the speakeasy bar on a Wednesday night. I went with a friend, and right from the start, the bartender (bald-headed) had a noticeable attitude. My friend ordered wine for us, and although the bar wasn't busy, it took a long time to get our drinks. When we finally received them, the wine tasted stale and bitter.
My friend politely asked for a replacement, which clearly annoyed the bartender. After what felt like forever, we still didn’t receive better wine. Frustrated, we decided to leave and encountered the same bartender at the front bar, where the replacement wine was just as bad.
My friend, trying to be polite, offered to pay and leave, but honestly, given the poor service and attitude, I didn’t feel we should have to pay at all. When I questioned the bartender about being charged for wine that was clearly off, he responded with more attitude and pointed out that my friend was willing to pay.
Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the experience left a bad taste, literally and figuratively.
Came for the wine, stayed for the attitude.
Sadly, the only thing more dry than the Chardonnay was the service — or, more accurately, the complete lack of it. The staff seemed genuinely bothered by the idea of interacting with guests. We were given dirty glasses and completely ignored by the staff. No one bothered to check if we wanted to order — though we were planning on getting a few appetizers and a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and the unwelcoming attitude killed any desire to stay. One staff member in particular was outright rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame, because the place is charming and the wine list impressive. But atmosphere isn’t just décor — it’s how you make people feel. And we didn’t feel welcome.

Vines Las Olas is everything you want in a wine bar—beautiful ambiance, an amazing wine selection, and food that pairs perfectly with every pour. The happy hour was such a treat! We enjoyed flavorful small bites, great music, and excellent service all around.
It’s the kind of place where you lose track of time—in the best way. A must-visit if you're on Las Olas! 🍷🧀✨

Their wine selection is impressive something for every palate and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Whether you’re a wine lover or just exploring, Vinos makes you feel right at home. A hidden gem that always delivers great vibes and even better pours!
We had a horrible experience here, I do not recommend coming here. Staff was rude and unprofessional, which ruined our entire experience.

as someone who comes here somewhat often, i expect better service than what i received. all the surroundings table had complimentary water, except for me. i was very confused, because what makes me different from everyone else? not once has the server asked if i was okay, but she proceeded to ask the table right next to me if they’re doing fine. i don’t have a problem with the food or the drinks, but the service here is definitely below average. don’t be shocked when i don’t give a tip that satisfies the server! i like the ambiance and i like the charcuterie boards, but when it comes to service, it’s definitely lacking big time
