I did not take nearly enough photos, but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and I would happily order it all again. The Chicken Parmesan was enormous, honestly the biggest portion I have ever seen, and easily the best I have had. I also appreciated that it did not come with pasta.

The appetizers were just as impressive, and we especially loved the mozzarella sticks, which was not even served as traditional sticks and made it even better. The grilled octopus, carbonara, and bolognese were all excellent as well.

The service was great and we would definitely go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vincent was an incredible server. Very knowledgeable about the menu and cuisine with perfect recommendations for what we were looking for. The portions for both the appetizers and mains was bigger than expected, leaving our table happy and very satisfied with our experience start to finish. Come here for a date, business meal, or anything in between.

I recently dined at this restaurant with high expectations, especially given my Italian background and deep respect for the culture and tradition behind the cuisine.
While my experience did not fully meet the standards I expected for a restaurant at this level and price point, I want to acknowledge the professionalism of the management. I did’t not expecting any refund. The manager listened respectfully and ultimately reimbursed the meal, which I truly appreciated.

Accountability and customer care matter, and I respect the way my concerns were handled.

Tough to review a hotel restaurant when its closed all afternoon for a private party. What's the point of advertising a hotel with a restaurant if it isn't open/available for the guests?

Food was absolutely amazing and the food came out so fast! cant wait to go back for the chicken parm! Meatballs and pasta were also amazing!

For dinner I ordered the shrimp scampi dish, and to say I could make it better myself at home is an understatement. It was basically buttered noodles with 4 shrimp on top. Extremely small portion size as well, and just overall so disappointing given the $40 price point. The burrata was good, but again way overpriced at $30. Cocktails were all excellent.

We had dinner here for our anniversary on Feb10th. Dean Lopez was our waiter. He was very attentive, informative and eager to please. We sat near the kitchen was was very pleasant. We then had drinks with friends in the main, beautiful dining room. We will be back next year and hope to have dinner with Dean!

Excellent food with many choices. Very good service. Lovely but noisy. Chef Vitolo greeted us which was a nice touch.

I was so looking forward to dining here; saw the chef on the today show so my expectations were stellar----slighly disappointed. I was just in Little Italy in Boston and I had amazing food at half the price-. The appetizers were ok,mozzarella was unique, more like a cheese sandwich and the antipasti was bland, needed more drizzle or pizazz. Halibut special was the best meal of the 4 we had. The lobster ravioli was salty, the bolognese was adquate and the stuffed lobster special was $20 more than it should have been---husband was still hungry. Desserts were the best course, amazing cheesecake and the tiramisu was tasty!

Food is good. service too. One of best Italian in Fort Lauderdale. Ask for food to arrive HOT!!!

Had 4 young ladies with me for valentines. Everything was outstanding, from Henry welcoming us at the door and making sure our experience was perfect, to our waiter Angel(and his brother as an expediter) who was perfect in explaining the menu and giving us some pointers. All made it a perfect nite in a beautiful place. Thank you

My first time at Vitolo - what a great place.

The reception was so friendly and made you feel special.

I started with some pepperoni pizza and it was cooked just right.

Then tried the Veal Marsala - tasted absolutely amazing.

The portions are of good size, I left with a To-Go bag.

I truly appreciated meeting Chef Anthony and sharing our New York stories.

Vitolo has officially become one of my favorite dining experiences in Fort Lauderdale.

From the moment we walked in, the energy, hospitality, and attention to detail made it clear we were in for something special.

Chef Anthony Vitolo is the real deal. You can taste the passion and precision in every dish—beautifully balanced flavors, impeccable ingredients, and that unmistakable touch of someone who truly loves what they do. Every plate that came out felt like a signature moment. It’s rare to find food that’s both comforting and elevated at the same time, but he nails it.

His Chicken Parmesan deserves its own shoutout: perfectly crisp on the outside, unbelievably tender inside, topped with a rich, vibrant sauce and just the right amount of cheese. It’s one of those dishes that stops the table conversation for a moment because everyone needs a second to appreciate it.

Our server, Hayley, made the night even better. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an amazing experience. The kind of service that feels effortless but is actually exceptional. She knew the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and kept the whole evening flowing perfectly.

Between the outstanding food and the amazing service, Vitolo delivers a dining experience that feels personal, polished, and memorable. We left already talking about what we want to try next time.
