Loved the food but the noise was painful. Service was great also but I could never go back there because there is no way you can have a conversation with your date or anyone you're sitting with, such a shame.

I'm a Restauranteur (Gastrothèque & Wilton Wings) & have to say this place was Amazing! Dean is a Fabulous Server( Best Server In Area) & Guided us! Huge Sharing Portions. We Had The Veal Chop(For 2) & Spicy/Creamy Vodka Pasta! Directly Across from Takato in the Conrad!

Vitolo is amazing on so many levels!! Beautiful space, unbelievable service (Thank you Darwin) and fabulous food!!! We were warmly greeted... enjoyed our table and had amazing cocktails to begin!!! Then we went on to the clams and Caesar salad.... Both of which were the best we ever had!! Loved my carbonara and the chicken parmigiana was incredible! Let's not forget the wine that was recommended.... Delicious Thank you management for checking on us!!! We had a fabulous time!!!

The food & service makes this a standout place. I would recommend this to anyone, especially if celebrating a special occasion.

Beautiful restaurant, all the food was great . However, the lamb chops were just OK. Also, I felt like the staff was overly attentive at times . we couldn't have a convo or sit and relax without someone coming up to us . I suppose that's better than the opposite, though . Lovely restaurant and very nice staff . Would recommend. Also, best desserts I've ever had .

Vitolo is VERY over rated.Noisy, expensive, food is only fair.$16 for a small sfoliatelle.Pounded veal cutlet for two with Vodka Sauce and peas- No peas, no sides, no pasta, just the cutlet - $90! Italian Vermentino that retails for $26 - they charged me $80. Phoney italian.

Haven’t been there yet but can’t wait to try it. Doesn’t hurt that I share my last name with the restaurant ?

Just had excellent, authentic service (Thanks, Daisy) and meal at Vitolo (new in Ft Lauderdale). Sophisticated decor but approachable with a hip vibe, didn’t feel rushed.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a nicer restaurant but family-friendly.

5th time here Wow!! Consistency in food quality, service, and overall dining experience is magnificent. Dining at Vitolo's makes you feel like you are eating a home-cooked family meal in Italy. From the moment you enter the restaurant an aroma of herbs, steaming fresh vegetables and olive oil awakens your senses and blends with the ambience to help your body relax and prepare for a fabulous meal. Thanks Anthony for such a great experience. We finally got to meet you yesterday! See you next time!

Birthday dinner last night. SO crowded, tables packed tightly together. Acoustics make it difficult to hear dinner convo. Food was mediocre. Fried zucchini app was all bread crumbs. Way overpriced.

We had a great first experience. Dean was our server and very lovely and informative. Our appetizers came out fairly quickly, but it did take some time for our main entrees to come out. It was a busy Friday night so expected. We met Chef Anthony and he was great! The food was excellent. The restaurant can be very noisy at times making it difficult for conversation. I am looking forward to going back soon!

Food was average at best. Server was extremely nice and polite, but the service was poor. It took way too long to get greeted and for drinks to arrive. Delivery of food and drinks were extremely disjointed. Inside was very loud so we sat outside which was ok but it was cold.

This place did not disappoint. From our server Josh who was AMAZING!!! To the food itself. We started with the meatballs and ordered an additional. Absolutely Fantastic!!! We also had the Arugula salad and clams oregano's. All perfection!!! Main course was probably best pork chop we have ever had ever. The veal was out of this world and we also had pasta carbonara which did not disappoint. This place will hands down be our #1 Italian restaurant now. We are thrilled they have opened in our neighborhood. Can not wait to go again.

Once I saw our favorite Italian joint in NYC head chef open a new restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale nothing was stopping us to check it out. While his new digs look much different than Emilio ballatos I'm glad to say his recipes taste exactly the same. Vitolo is located inside the conrad hotel and is a beautiful space with great food and service to match. While I expected our food to be delish the amazing service we had from Rueben our waiter was the cherry on top. Add this one to your list when in Ft. Lauderdale.
