We, Fort Lauderdale, have another winner with this local dig. Man, from the Halloween decorations (it’s the season) to the warmth you feel when you enter the space and see a bar surrounded by dark wood. A few screens pepper the inside and the service is present and helpful. The beer selection is on point as I ordered a German Pils and my sister got the stout. Burger special unbelievable at $12 for a burger, fries, and a beer of choice. In 2025 what a bargain. The playlist...

A few weeks ago we were coming in for dinner. I called ahead and a lovely gal said I'll hold the table for you. We were a party of 9, dining with our 90 year old Papa.
Not only was the table ready for us, we had a fantastic server named Denise. She was attentive, funny, personable and just great for us. Thank you Waxy's for being accommodating and customer service focused.

Phillip was top notch. The potato skins and Sheppard pie was something to write home about. Washing it down with a smithwicks and harps was the perfect bow on this gift.
