Wells Coffee - Flagler Village

This place is simply spectacular. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care and dedication they put into every detail. The most impressive thing is that they roast their own coffee on the premises, and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee is unmatched. The visible toaster gives a unique and special touch to the space, which is also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and modern atmosphere. The coffee, of course, is top quality, full of nuances and with an incredible flavor. An essential place for lovers of good coffee!

Pretty much the only good flat white anywhere near the Ft Lauderdale area (until you get down to Miami). Their beans are top quality and roasted to perfection. Worth a detour if you're in the area.

I made a quick pre-airport stop to Wells Coffee and ordered a cappuccino. The coffee was beautifully presented with latte art, and tasted very good. The proportions of milk creaminess and espresso was spot on. They had various foods and pastries but I did not eat anything.

The atmosphere was great - kinda steam punk feel, with a giant roaster in a sectioned out portion of the shop. The dish cleaning section is exposed out on the floor but they have a cleaver sliding barn door to cover it when not in use . There are tons of places to sit, including a long bench with pillows along the window. The place was busy on a Wednesday late afternoon. Lots of young faces just hanging out.

The staff was friendly as well. I would definitely go back when I am in town again! This is my kind of coffee shop - locally owned , self sufficient, (do their own roasts), and delicious !

By far the best quality coffee in Fort Lauderdale!

Amazing coffee!

Lovely spot, good coffee, good people, WiFi is often weak, struggles to connect and they need to upgrade their hardware to support the number of folks. Would love to make it more normal working spot again but need a more functional connection to do so. Should not have to connect to a personal hotspot to get connection in a coffee shop in 2024.

Nasty servers; focused on the lousy .$50 extra (which I’d happily pay) vs just giving me milk in my coffee. And it’s a dog pound, everyone comes sporting a dog. Once you get past all the barking; and poor attitude, & the sarcasm of employees be prepared to give a tip & still have to get up & get your own coffee!

I love coming here to study/work. I’ve been coming a lot for the past 3 months and I have never received bad service. Everyone greets you with a smile and is very friendly. Plus, their coffee is 10/10. I love their horchata cold brew :)

To be more specific the microfoam has been kind of a mess in the to-go drinks (too much air, not enough, etc). Dine in has always been great though. Still the best coffee in the area IMO

Great iced lattes and cappuccinos. Their donuts are the best. Hands-down my brother’s favorite coffee place. Not only is the atmosphere great to study/ work with your laptop but their coffee is also very fresh, even the cold brew which if not steeped right is just bitter! I love that the place is pet-friendly and that it has the view of a railroad track. Great spot!

Great spacious cafe to work, with plenty of natural light coming in from all directions. An area is set aside for the fresh grinding of coffee beans. Had an iced chocolate as well as the ham & cheese croissant. The drink was meh but the croissant was good. Free internet for 2hrs. WiFi password is “flatwhite”.
