We have eaten here several times. We always ordered at the drive-through. Orders are taken using AI. Very, very cool!!!!! Especially if you don't speak perfect English, you can see exactly what the computer has understood and correct it if necessary. Very cool! Excellent!

Unbelievably rude service. Cashier acted like I was there to serve her. Then loudly complained to her co workers about my attitude as a customer. Thankfully Wendy's gives a qr link right on the receipt to review the experience. On the plus side, I have to shout out the manager Rachel, who was attentive, courteous and apologetic about her employee, even as the employee tried to come over and interrupt our conversation while I was recounting the service, demonstrating in real time her lack of common decency towards customers.

Did not get what I ordered. I ordered a big Bacon with Kechup, Onions and Pickles only, got a Whopper. The two cheeseburgers I ordered with the same condiments came plain and were dry as sand. All of it went to the garbage.
