Food was hot customer service great! I always call him Georgia but the tall young black man (manger) who works the window, his customer service is top notch, very professional, prompt and always makes sure the food is hot. Give that man a raise!

I'm giving this place 5 stars because it's about the experience. The location is not prime, in terms of luxury. It is conveniently close to where I am staying, though. The staff are busy with a lot of orders so, don't expect special attention they are doing their job as best they can and it is a very fast paced environment at least in the evenings. The store is decently clean, and the man at the register gave me a promo for a special deal they have going on for leap year! All in all, they are fast and efficient the food is good and they treated me well. So thank you, and I look forward to my next visit.

Not much can be said about the service. Although they never grinned, the workers completed the order accurately and on schedule. Everything we requested was included in our piping hot, freshly made chicken sandwiches. There was no trash on the floor and the eating area's tables were spotless. Therefore, I'd say that fast food establishments are doing fairly well! Recall that a grin has a powerful impact! Although it's work, I know...

I don't know what it is but this Wendy's is always on point..service is fast.. one of the fastest drive thru turnarounds I've ever seen.. food is always hot and fresh.. employees are courteous, personable .. I remember one time my card had been declined.. so the kid at the register pulled out his wallet to pay for my meal. I was floored.. of course, I told him to save it for the next person who truly needed it . and I'm sure he did.. all in all this is the Wendy's to beat.

This is the dirtiest most disgusting establishment I have ever seen. Estrella ? …the old lady with the gold teeth and long braids is the rudest person I have come in contact with in a very long time, I was polite and courteous, and she was clearly ready to fight with anyone , I didn’t argue back I just walked out. They made a mistake and I was the one given a hard time.
