Avoid this place if you can. Every time I come here and place an order for one meal for one person and I'm told to pull forward at the drive thru. They are either lazy or slow or both.

This THE worst Wendy's I've ever seen. Staff was super unhelpful and it took us 10 minutes to just pay. Not to mention they got our orders wrong. Just go to McDonald's across the street.

We're somewhat regular customers here and sometimes the food is cooked on time or cooked earlier sitting under a heat lamp making the fried food stale. My fish is always over cooked, hard and even the meat became hard for sitting too long. My fries are always given to us old. Hard, greasy, over salted. We live around the corner so this is our go to restaurant. The customer service is good, respectful staff and competent. Just wish they'd stop serving stale food that was prepared over 30 mins to more than 1hr ago. My phone wont show the actual color of the fries but half are grayish and chewy hard.

The staff at this location are ver organized. The manager was kind and personable.
She found a phone that belonged to a customer and personally made the effort to track him down through a friend that repeatedly called.
The phone was returned by that friend and the man was grateful for the kindness shown by the lady manager.

Unfortunately, I went a few days ago with a coupon and they tricked me so much that they ended up charging me the full amount. I ended up paying $17 out of a bill of $9.06. If you have a coupon, be careful because they'll tell you the point of sale isn't working, which is false. Then they take your card to another location and charge you the full amount.

The employees stand around not helping the customers in the front counter only serving drive thru orders.I asked for some help and they all spoke in Creole and ignored me.I left the store after waiting 10 min.I will not be back due to the poor service.8/6 4pm
