Paid for my biggie bag meals. When I got the bag at the drive thru I looked inside and it only had nuggets and the burger. I let them know immediately. Then the so call shift supervisor with the nasty attitude told me that I have to pay for more fries if I want fries. I told him that no fries are in any of the bags. I gave it back and he shoved the fries in the bag with such attitude. Never going here again. I think if you pay for something, you should get it. It was there error, so why all that attitude? Smh.

Hi my name is Mark Anthony and I came to the drive thru tonight at 7:30 pm order # 3321 order type:PUW, and RAMON was great to talk to while taking the order, his customer service is a 10 stars and above. I would highly recommend keeping him and do not allow him to go also. People like him I can see grow very big in your company, and as an actor I really do appreciate people like him & the team he makes you feel like you can come back and just order thru the drive thru, even if your not hungry just to hear his great up beat while taking your order. It's a Wendy's, they don't change from store to store or location to location. Some are better than others. Staff here was very friendly. Getting a little more pricy, for the price on some places you can get a Gormet Burger for the price. Didn't have Chocolate Frosty.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wendy’s. The service was incredibly slow, and the employees seemed uninterested in helping customers. I waited far longer than expected, and when my order finally arrived, it was incorrect. When I asked for it to be fixed, the staff was dismissive and barely acknowledged the issue. It felt like there was no sense of professionalism, and the lack of organization was clear. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service.
