I stopped in with my autistic son after a long walk wanting some signature lemonade. I politely asked for the item and she asks me what size . Nothing wrong with that but I was more concerned about the prices so I asked what’s the difference in price so I can make a valid selection. Instead of breaking down the prices of the sizes I was given attitude. The manager block female did the same thing. If a customer is asking for prices there is nothing wrong with that. And to tell a customer yea! Make it make sense! Thats out of order and disrespectful. Maybe you don’t deserve leadership position. I left the store and notified corporate of the interaction. This location is trash based off leadership and staff. I don’t recommend unless you’re really that hungry

This restaurant is just horrible they never and I mean never get the orders right and the food is always cold I try not to ever go to this location but sometimes it's the only stop on the way home it's sad management isn't no better if you have a problem they don't care and just basically ignore you about it

I pull up with an online order and they direct me that they only do drive through.

would rate 5 stars, but somebody began yelling slurs a start a fight in the middle of the store by throwing fries at somebody. Not really important but the man was like, really obese. then he got knocked out by the guy he threw fries at. would recommend, cuz the guy is now trespassed from the store.

I came to this Wendy’s May 31st to order my son. A chicken nugget kids meal. I didn’t have an issue with the food. However one of the employees decided to steal my card number information. And process a charge of 120.00 dollars from Cricket wireless. My bank immediately alerted me. My card was cancelled…. The bank confirmed that someone who processed my debit encrypted money from card. By the Grace of God, my fraud alert team. Was able to track the transaction. I will never use another debit at this establishment ever again.
Don’t order from this one. The are consistently missing items from orders, out of something, don’t start pickup orders until you arrive at the supposed pickup time, and they lack professional customer service.
