The service was poor and staff would not give access to the bathroom said we had to make a purchase. Even although we did make a purchase the story kept changing the manager needed a code to give bathroom. Access then oh the bathroom. WAS not working . Just a mean spirited group of ppl.

Wendy’s is ok, just runs out of vanilla frosty , most kids don’t like the alternative for a Sponge Bob meal. The fries taste ok but some are overcooked and added to the mix.

Order a taco salad was told the don't sale taco salad I was a manager for Wendy's I know for a fact the salad taco salad and if the did have the salad base the are supposed to make it to make the customer happy. They rude and very disrespectful they act like they are doing you a favor being at work but they are going to act they way they do they should just stay at home. The manager have no customer service they just let there works do and say what ever they want. You wonder why there is never no one there is because of the customer service they are providing.

I came here at 8:30am on Friday August 30th, 2024, drive thru, and was treated very poorly. I come here all the time and order the #7 with large coke. I pull up and pay, they tell me to back up a few feet in the drive thru lane. I wait 3 minutes and all I got was the large coke. I asked where my food was and they said I only ordered a coke(which if that was even true, why did THAT take 3 minutes?). Well it is true that they only rang up the coke, I told them I actually wanted the #7. Instead of the lady going (oh I'm sorry, we'll get that for you and I'll ring you up), she berates me and says "you didn't order a #7 you only ordered a coke! Takesha(whatever the name was) did he order a #7 or just the coke?" Other lady says just the coke, then first lady is like "see? You only ordered a coke!". Now I'm flabbergasted and ask for my #7 and she stomps away yelling in earshot of me (the attitude on this guy I swear) so I just left. I come here atleast twice a month and have never ever been treated this way.
This is nothing more than immaturity and poorly trained employees at their finest. I was the only customer and it was 5 women all sitting around just talking. Hiring their friends obviously. I called corporate and hope they do something about this. Very unprofessional. I get that it's just fast food but they don't have to have such an obnoxious attitude, especially when they are the ones who screwed up and their are 5 of them in there not even working.
