The worst Wendy in history, 4 of us went to eat and my daughter needed the bathroom and she asked us to buy it first, I told her it's an emergency and the guy said order something first and the girl had a terrible emergency.

At this Wendy's, they always ask you to pull up and wait or though.Ask you to wait before you pull up because they're playing games with their timing of how quickly orders are taken and gets out. I hate that because two out of three times, my order they give me is not correct and I feel like an accomplice in their cheating Wendys with false fast times for bonuses.

I visit this location today this is solely for the owner or corporation this young man at the drive always unpleasant & rude always rushing when I’m placing my order he also sucking on a lollipop in the drive thru m not sure if he’s the mgr. or not he has a red shirt black pants little bit dread at the top low cut shave on the side of his head Wendy please do better with your customer service especially at night

Normally I don't have a problem at this location. However last Friday when I received my food I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets. The manager looked at me like I was crazy and she kept claiming that everything was in the bag. However, not only was I missing the sauces but 2 orders of chicken nuggets as well! There was a sign about supply issues but I asked if they had everything in my order and the cashier said they had it. I think the cashier was new, but that doesn't excuse the manager's behavior. You need to tell people if you run out of something, don't act like everything is there when it's not.

Politely asked to use the restroom, female at the cashier was forcing me to buy food before she allowed me to use the toilet! Unbelievable!!! Sad.

For three different occasions I oder food from this particular restaurant and not even ones our food came in right. Looks like they don't know how to read the board.Last time they tries to charge me again not taking any responsibility for it. As a metter fact they also force me to move front and after few minutes they bring me food. Tky.
I have too give the staff credit this was the fastest and hottest food I have gotten at any fast food establishments. The young lady at the window was very polite. A1 service way to run this place great job staff it was a pleasure to have visited

Food was horrible. I had to repeat my order 4 times. I was overcharged. When I asked why the price did not match the board the cashier said that is what popped up. Prices are higher than what's on the drive thru menu. Did not change price.
