drive thru speaker is in a weird spot, people always have trouble speaking into the right place and the AI can't figure out what they're ordering. chronically short staffed, so much for 'fast' food...

Whenever the older white man runs the kitchen.It's always a problem. Everything's missing, Nothing's ready. I have to come inside to pick up a drive through order. When anybody else's managing the kitchen , it's not a problem only when this guy is there that there's a problem.

The incompetent rude people they have working there do nothing to earn the $5/hr they're paid. Drive thru is a total waste. Get there for lunch and you'll be served in time for dinner.

Was craving them chicken nuggets, so I had to get some. Which was about 20. Piping hot right out the fryer into my bag. They was hot and ready to be dip into that Thai chili sauce

That store manager needs to do something about that employee (who has lot of percings on her face) always yells at customer. She yelled at me twice as I was her kid. Even i was your kid, there is a certain way to talk to people. As that wendys is closed to my job, i alway sfopped by to get my coffee. Yesterday was the 2nd time she yelled af me by the speaker. There is a car that was at the window for more that 5 mns. If that customer food was not ready, i thaught they will ask that customer to go parked and get inside to get his food. That way, he won't hold the line at the drive thru. I asked that lady nicely at the speaker if it is ok for to get inside because I had only a cup of coffe because waiting for employee to give that driver his food, i will be late at work. She yelled at me telling that car is moving. For me if you are not happy at ypur job, just go find an other job. You cant yell at people like they are your children. Wendys need to find employee who can respect people

We pulled up at 8pm after traveling for 12hrs. Our hotel was across the road. All the doors were locked as employees wandered around.
The door said the lobby was open till 10pm.
