You like tomato on your BLT? Don’t come here. I stopped going for a month because they didn’t have tomato, I tried again today - still a tomato shortage ??♂️ they don’t even courteously let you know. Just settled for a biggie bag instead of the usual - I got no sauce for my nuggets, unsalted fries and a sandwich that I knew would have no tomato.. This pineapple mango lemonade is great though!

I feel like they should just shut this location down. It seems like no one wants to work there, and would rather just hang out with their coworkers instead of helping customers. Also noticed some of the cooks with no gloves on. The manager seemed very unhelpful to the staff and did not appreciate the way he talks to them. There seemed to be only one person actually helping put orders together. Very slow service, but food was good.

I could not believe how slow the service was, is it their system or are the employees that non-motivated to bee there. I was just passing through before going on a cruise so I don't know this location but all the customers that were waiting said how slow the service was and 4 customers were there when I was there.

Nasty and unsanitary. I have never seen so much dust and grime caked on to everything. Things must not have been cleaned on 10 years. Like I've literally never seen that much grime caked on anything. A man with black smudges all over his hands ( dirt? grease? who knows?) and no gloves touched the food with his bare hands to prep it then handed it to me. I literally threw my order away as soon as I got it in the drive through, so gross.
Ordered food to pick up online. It was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes per the app. I got there about 9 minutes later and still ended up waiting 20 more minutes for my food. People that ordered their food in line at at store got their food before me. It’s obviously pointless to order ahead of time.
