Poor management. Every time I order a biggie bag we get different size drinks. Yesterday we received the large cups paying $12 … today we received the small paying $12. Today was the first time we asked why they always change the sizes of the drink and whoever was working the drive through essentially called us liars. The biggie bags are easy after work late night and seemingly no one on this staff knows what size drink to give you. It’s a surprise every time! Sometimes it’s the huge ones, other times it’s the small. Sometimes they charge you $10 other times they charge you 12… they don’t know what they are doing here
