Wendy's is now the worst fast food EVER!!!!! The chicken nuggets are the size of hash browns. Baked Potatoes are small and overcooked. Bread is stale service sucks!!

Horrible customer service. This is not the first time I've had issues with this location, but I'm sick of it. The food is hit or miss. A lot of times they don't pay attention to your order and mess things up so you have to go back. Today I paid at the first window and proceeded to the second window to wait for my food. The lady says "your card didn't go through". I have app alerts that let me know as soon as a purchase is made so I could very clearly see "your purchase for $16.03 at Wendy's was approved". So I inform her the purchase was approved. The lady from the first window, Sariya, then comes and says "I took the card out too fast. It didn't go through." So I proceed to check my app while telling my friend it was approved. And this rude girl, Sariya, had the nerve to say "ain't nothing go through". After a short while I get another alert saying the transaction was reversed. The workers are now coming and looking with attitude and making snarky remarks to each other as if I've done something wrong. Why the attitude??!! If you messed up, then you should have apologized and said you removed the card too early so that's why it didn't go through. Not argue with me when I know my card is perfectly fine. When I get my food it's all practically cold. Of course I don't want to risk my food being played with if I ask for a fresh order so I just took it and left. This location is awful.

Not the nicest, but idk what to really expect from fast food any more, tbh. Turnaround for food was pretty good, as was the checkout process, but I hate the automated machines, so I do wish there was a cashier.

I ordered a cheeseburger with KETCHUP ONLY!When I finally got my order, I had to remove the pickel and onions before eating it! There was not much that I could do about the mustard!
Hard pass. Dry burger. Left it on so long it was turning black. Slow service as they let my burger burn with no other customers in the store.

Horrible customer service. I went to pick up an order for Uber eats and I walked inside and they refused to give me the order. They told me that the inside store was closed and that I had to go through the drive thru. She said she didn’t have time for that. My customer’s order was late and cold. And this happened at 3:40pm! That is just lazy in my book!
