It must be the manager who is hiring all of her Haitian family because these people can’t even read orders. I will never go here again. I’m calling tomorrow to get a refund. My whole order was wrong. I’m missing my chili. There’s pickles on my sandwich and my son does not diet. What a terrible situation

Bathroom was completely disgusting and looked like it has not been cleaned in a month. They where completely dead and I stood at register for a good 10 min and kept saying excuse me and finally I got help and the lady was completely short and rude with me and all I wanted was a coffee and biscuits and gravy and that took forever which I don't understand again completely dead and my biscuit and gravy was cold but I just ate it because I didn't want to complain to get a hot one and someone do something to my food. I have never been treated so BADLY at any fast food restaurant as I was there. Will never go back and will spread the word for no one to go to this Wendy's ever.

I placed my order with the mobile app but the staff could not understand the list. I was asked to check my own bag....which was incorrect. So, I had to show them the receipt list that was identical to their printed list. After 2 attempts...everything was added to the bag. The fries were not fresh and were rubbery from sitting under a warmer. The sandwiches were made correct except for addin onion when I requested no onion.
