I placed my order with the mobile app but the staff could not understand the list. I was asked to check my own bag....which was incorrect. So, I had to show them the receipt list that was identical to their printed list. After 2 attempts...everything was added to the bag. The fries were not fresh and were rubbery from sitting under a warmer.
The sandwiches were made correct except for addin onion when I requested no onion.

If you order on the Wendys app, but they don't have an item available when you get there (ie. Cleaning the frosty machine an hour before they close. It's happened to me twice) you will only be able to get a refund on the app if the order is unprocessed. However, if the cashier processes the order, you will not get a refund because the app will tell you when you go there to cancel, that it's been processed. Your only option is to order something else equivalent to...
