She refused to add 1 item and started speaking in a very disrespectful tone .I expect a much higher quality of customer service from Wendy's.

I will never return to this location. On top of being slow they now charge 50 cents for sauce. I have never experienced this at any other Wendy’s. I would understand if i asked for a ridiculous amount, but i only asked for two. The cashier didn’t even want to charge me for it, it was the Haitian female manager that told her to.

Do not but do not go to this Wendy young crew are lazy and rude 1:30 before closing don’t even wanted to do my online order had me waiting 30 minutes I also slipped I’m my motorized scooter outside the drive thru cashier laughed knowingly she had to come bring me the order I had to turn around and caused my accident corporate should take a look at their staff and hire motivated workers that want to work and not be lazy when it’s an 1:30hr before close. Never again spending my money at this location on top of that the Dave’s single I order was missing lettuce and had a pool of mayonnaise and ketchup utterly disgusting
