Ordered from a robot. Waited in line for 50 minutes (only because my son really wanted the food). Never made it to the front. Still had 3 cars ahead of me. Parked my car to go inside; inside was worse than outside!
Took my son home where we made some smash burgers and bonded over our horrible experience!

Customer service is nonexistent at this location. I come to this location often overnight and no one is ever pleasant. No hi, no you're welcome after I say thank you just awkward silence and then the window slams after I receive my food. If it wasn't for my husband wanting a late night snack I would never come to this location.

Today omg I had a good experience let me tell you guys. The restaurant very clean nice and quiet. The cashier was very nice to me and the food ! Was soooo hot and fresh I cant believe that to be honest I never thought it would be this fresh. I had to blow my food that's how hot it was I am so happy and grateful for the manager Miss Guerlincia for doing a great job with the restaurant and food. I am leaving so happy had good food in my tummy and they treated me so nice. Thank you so much keep up the good work.

This has got to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been in. Their chicken sandwich was extremely undercooked and full of grease. I approached the manager to let her know and she looked at me like I have 7 heads and said okay and walked off. The only good thing out of the experience was an old lady cleaning the place and she was very serviceable.
They messed up my order and didn't want to correct it. I hate going to this store. Only because my kid wanted some fries

This review is based on what my son said. So my son and his family was visiting from Tallahassee. I was driving them around and they wanted to get some chicken nuggets for my grand baby And some burgers and fries for my daughter in law And they said the chicken nuggets are the best and baby loved it.
