Please put more staff on night shift! It's crazy that only two people were working on a Saturday night in such a busy area! The two working tonight deserve a raise! Despite the wait that was completely out of their control, my digital order was correct and ready in a few minutes after interacting with staff.
I was literally in drive-through for 10 minutes just waiting to place a order

Time for corporate to start sending secret shoppers to this location. Probably the dirtiest place I’ve seen in a long time…was filthy. The manager also was rudely telling a staff member to go sweep, but it’s obvious the woman doesn’t do a damn thing herself to keep the place clean.

If I could give this location a negative star they would get -10 stars. I eat in different restaurants and fast food places and this must be the worst I have ever visited. This is my second time giving them a chance bit I was wrong. It is still the worst place to eat.
Every time I have come into to this Wendy's, the manager has been extremely rude when it comes to asking to use the restroom as they keep them locked.
Both times she has rudely questioned repeatedly if I am going to make a purchase, that there is a sign o. The window. Both times I have requested to use the restroom after I have made the purchase for my breakfast and have already ate it. Both times the re e has only been one other customer in the place, so to say she doesn't remember me buying the food when she herself was the one that took the order, well if her memory is that bad, she shouldn't be working period.
Anybody can have bad day but this woman apparently lives in a constant bad day. She has no business working somewhere where customer service is involved.
Like I said this was the second, but now last time I ever will set foot in this place.
The worst part is that her attitude was like if she was talking g to some homeless person, which I don't think should be done either. The ego she has with her attitude is clearly of one that has never held a real management position and the worst part is that my income is probably 3 or 4 times higher that what she makes.
Stay away from this place.

Ok so getting to this place is difficult at night.
Now as for going inside I was behind two other couples. There were two employees taking care of the guests in front of me.
When it was my turn to order I stepped up to the register and the young man that was taking orders walked away. He stood in the area closer to the drive through and where other employees were.
I could hear him say I got 4 minutes left and stood there chatting for that time.
Meanwhile I stood there as the other employee had also walked away but that's because she was getting items for the couple that was still working their order.
Once she finally to my order she didn't smile, she didn't say hi. She was stoic.At the end of the transaction she didn't say thank you.
Now I waited 6 or 7 minutes for my order to go. When she gave me the order again no thank you or do you want any ketchup.
So I brought my food to the car and opened the bag. The first thing I ate were the French fries. They were hot but had almost no salt.
I then decided to take a bite of my burger. When I did what ever sauce that was inside made the buns squishy wet and mushy.
Now I do understand juicy burgers can make the bread wet overtime but this was way to much.
I ended up not eating anymore of it.
Overall very disappointed in the service/food

i was here like 30 min ago with my two sisters, a boy was taking the order and we ordered separate and i asked for a ranch but the boy added to my sister order and the manager (im guessing) start getting in face and cursing at him then told him to leave after when at first he didn’t do nothing wrong. She was very rude and disrespectful toward me as well. She has red hair.

When i got my meal the bag says there is nothing happy about this meal, and it couldnt be more right. I got rushed and attitude from the woman taking my order. When i recieved the order there is egg shell in the egg and the sausage felt undercooked with hard bits in the middle. Trying to refill a waterbottle inside? Sorry thats not allowed, sorry im gonna do it anyway, try and stop me. Customers have a right to water. Especially if its in A container you brought in. Bad customer service, bad food, bad atmosphere. I also didnt get a receipt or napkins. Just 2 shitty sandwhiches in a bag.

I've gone to two different Wendy's locations and both times they didn't have enough chili even though I ordered it through the app. At the first Wendy's I went to, they told me I'd have to get my refund through my bank. When I contacted the bank, they told me it usually takes 2-3 days for a refund to process. The second Wendy's had the same issue, and again the order was already processed, and I couldn't get a refund through the app or at the store. I also tried calling the Wendy's customer service phone number, but no one answered. It feels like I got scammed paying for food I never received. Please fix the app so refunds can be issued when items aren't available and make customer service easier to reach. In the end, I paid, didn't receive my food, didn't eat, and wasted my time.

Asked for no mayo on my sandwich got mayo anyway and my order took for ever ,everyone looked like they just hopped out of bed from the back . Very unprofessional and my food was cold not cool ! Won't go there again.

Tevarice was excellent! Kind and patient when taking orders and cleaned up the tables when people were done eating!
