Bad experience, I had the intention of buying breakfast, before that I asked for help by opening the bathroom to wash my hands and use the toilet, they insisted that I order first and they lend me the bathroom, bad experience, no more in that place

I was visiting from out of state, and this Wendy's was the closest thing in walking distance. Went to it twice. Both times, I was met with very rude and inattentive employees. I wasn't really mad but almost apologetic because of how much they made me feel like I was bothering them.
I'm sorry you guys hate your jobs. With how mad yall seemed, you should just quit.

I love Wendy's.. but this is the worst store ever. Stood at the counter, made eye contact with an employee, asked her a question. She literally ignored me. I got the attention of another person, asked him about using the bathroom- there's a code lock in it... because i was just working in the warehouse with dirt and dead things (I'm a science educator)... I wanted to wash my hands and go to the bathroom before ordering. I ask guy again, because he also tried ignoring me. He asked a lady, who turned and looked at me and said- I just told her our policy. I literally just walked in... so I said I was dirty and working with dead things. She said you have to order something. I said I will, I'm getting a spicy chicken sandwich meal... but I don't really want to touch everything after what I've been touching. She said you have to order. I said please make my order then, but I really don't want to get stuff everywhere. Nope, wouldn't do. So I touched as much as I could and ordered. She asked me what i wanted, i told her, i just told you 10 seconds ago... super pissed, she rang me up. Asked her for the bathroom. She said they don't give out, someone has to go unlock for me. So I waited. Walked in, it's a mess.. told a different guy that 1, if I hairless ti have a special unlocking to use, I expect it to be in excellent condition. He said it was just cleaned. If water and toilet paper on the floor, water and soap all over the counter and no toilet paper is "just cleaned", that's pretty bad. So I told them when I came out all what needed cleaned and replaced... I just got a dirty look... and they didn't even tell me when my food was up. Oh, and the digital soda machine, they are out of most syrups on both.
Don't bother coming unless it's the most convenient and last place. They are the worst here. Wendy's, you need new management here - btw, never this bad, but usually bad service/rude people behind the counter.

Fries were very old, no bacon on my jr bacon no sauce for my nuggets, and very rude drive through attendant I went out my way to be nice but she could careless and just seemed she hated everything about her job..m

Everything was wrong with this place, it was a terrible experience, they didn't let me use the bathroom because I had to consume first, however they took a while to serve me and they also did it reluctantly

Came here on 12/1/24 at 10:30 on the dot. Was not greeted just looked at by the employee (a white female with glasses I believe). She came back again with a broom to flip the menu over. I said “excuse me, I wanted to order breakfast?”… she simply responded “breakfast is over” & continued flipping the menus…. So I walked out and left & drove to another Wendy’s 15 minutes away (store #4511 in Dania). And although it being about 10:50 and the lunch menu being up, they still accommodated me with zero hesitation. I never complain or write reviews EVER. But… I got time today!
