I never give reviews but I HAVE to give a 5-star for the gentleman in the drive through because not only is he EXTREMELY patient, nice and friendly but his customer service is above 5 stars! Please give him a raise! Thanks 😊
Good morning, I been meaning to share my experience the last few times I have went here before going to work. The gentleman at the drive thru window I believe his name is Tyrese from what the receipt says. And I just want to say AMAZING!!!!!! Please let him know he’s doing an amazing job and keep it up because WOW his energy and the ways his customer service is , you don’t get that anymore honestly. So AMAZING JOB TO HIM SERIOUSLY!!!! 🙏🙏 THANK YOU
it was ten minutes before closing when I got at the drive thru. An automated message played saying it was already closed. I decided to go around to the window. The Wendy’s associate was very polite and nicely took my order. I was impressed by his friendly attitude and the service courtesy. In my experiences with others fast food restaurants that’s not been the case on similar circumstances. Kudos for staff working this shift. Great job.. 6/20/2025
