Stopped in for lunch on a Thursday afternoon , not very busy , service was good , food was decent , wasn’t expecting much , prices are what you would expect from airport dinning , a few bucks more than your typical price for the item , regular side of fries were delicious , FYI check your bill , Gratuity was already included

The bartenders could be a little more welcoming and happy. But the pull pork quesadilla was really good. Tasted fresh and it was full of pork. It's a bar in an airport.

Barbara was amazing. I watched her ripping and running the whole time. My sister ordered a mocktail from her and really enjoyed it. I'll admit the wait to be seated isn't like your regular walk in restaurant. You're in a busy airport. Either way thank you for the service you provided.

food took an hour to come. table was dirty and wiped down with no cleaning supplies only a slight swipe with napkins. ordered the brisket grilled cheese and pork quesadilla, it was good. 18% gratuity is included even though we ordered on the app so the server didn't have to take our order only bring it to the table, service was mediocre and slow and we were a table of 2

Hopefully this reaches you beforehand... We were waiting on a flight that got delayed saw the place an seemed like a good time. Boy was i wrong, service nonexistent, communication zero, and to top it off they add 18% gratuity fee.(make sure to ask too take that off). Also i believe that a tip is not guaranteed but worked for, and if you tip nothing they'll case you down in the airport....

Wait time was about 10 minutes to get sat, but it was busy. It would have been nice to be acknowledged, though. It took another 20 minutes to get drinks we could see that were sitting on the bar. Another 30 to get food that we never got an update on, I had to get up and wait for someone by the ordering system to ask for the server to bag it to go if it was close to being ready. In all, it was over an hour before we got food. I understand airport dinner experiences aren't supposed to be great, but that was outright horrendous. With an automatic 18% gratuity. What a joke.

Waited 45 minutes for food to be brought to the table!! The food was horrible and overpriced! I noticed they automatically added 18 percent gratuity to my bill….. I will never go back!!

Horrible! From the moment that we waited to be seated, to the service, to the food, to getting our bill. HORRIBLE!!!!! There aren't many choices here, but you're better off with a vending machine sandwich. The server was THE absolute worst! I had to hunt her down to ask for our bill. Uncalled for!!! She needs to find a new profession, wait staff is not for her. No smiles, no sense of urgency, just go home and look for another job! That whole place is a complete mess.

This is the slowest place ever, took them 5 min to acknowledge us to be seated, had to wave someone down, then long time for someone to take order, 45 min waiting for food, had to ask for utensils, food was ok
