Totally disappointed! Not busy.. All the staff hides in the back. I asked why? They have to Clean to not lose their job...which is supposed to be waiting on customers. 2 managers could only make excuses and say sorry. Horrible drinks that are $18 ... Food was old and stale. Bar tender had ALL THE ATTITUDE. Will NOT be back! What a joke. I got attention every 20 mins or so

I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was fresh and well made, but the Coconut strawberry refresher and the Grapefruit sparkling refresher drinks made our day, highly recommended. The server Barbara was extremely wonderful, knowledgeable of her menu, recommended tasty food and drinks, she was lovely and very pleasant. I will be coming back again.

I had the Swiss mushroom burger and my husband had the pulled pork sandwich
Both were delicious. The fries were hot and cooked just right. The service was fast and friendly.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to be seated and nobody even looked at us, plenty of open tables though. Finally left the line to get food somewhere else and returned for a draft beer as there are no other open tables at the terminal. THEN it only took 3 min for them to tell us to leave citing no outside food. Didn't offer to serve a beer if we put the food away. Very odd priorities. If you want service go somewhere else.

For an airport restaurant and bar it was well worth the visit. The bartender was very accommodating putting on our preferred football game. He was quick to take our orders and friendly enough.

Awful service. The server had an attitude and took forever to charge me. When she finally did, she automatically added an 18% tip to my bill and just dropped it on the table before walking away. It was only about $3, but still, she disappeared afterward and there was no one to talk to. Very lame. I’m not eating here again. She was the only server wearing a face mask this morning.

World’s worst espresso martini. Brisket quesadilla was underwhelming and overtly sweet. 17$ each.

This place gets an automatic one star for auto-adding an 18% tip and then presenting the bill with a recommended 20% additional tip. Beware.

I had the absolute worst experience at whiskey river. They have a sign that says wait to be seated so I was standing there for five minutes until one server looked at me like I was slow and pointed out a bunch of open seats. I then tried to order on my phone when I sat and it didn’t allow me to, so when a server finally came over after fifteen minutes I ordered some fries (that I had to send back because they were sitting and oily, not fresh at all) and a margarita. On the app it says the margarita is 13.99 - so that’s what I assumed I was paying. I ended up ordering one more margarita as my flight was delayed. To my surprise when I went to pay my check I was charged 21.99 for each margarita. I was confused because I was not asked if I wanted a double but apparently the server thought it was okay to charge me that way. I’m a server so I understand maybe he normally doesn’t get tipped well and granted an 18% gratuity is added he wanted to up the bill to get a bigger tip, that is not okay. I went up to the bartender and pointed to the traditional margarita and asked what would you give a guest if this is what they ordered, they specified a single shot. I then asked to speak to a manager, she had an absolutely terrible attitude and said that I was supposed to specify that I wanted a single shot in my margarita, again I am a server so I KNOW unless the GUEST specifies they want a double, they will be getting a single. I said I didn’t think I should pay for that because that’s not what I wanted and she said I drank it so I had no choice (I didn’t even finish the second margarita because I was really upset, I wasn’t trying to consume that much alcohol.) She was so rude. The server was not wise he would’ve gotten a better tip if he was honest. SMH at both of them. And also, they don’t CARD - I could’ve been underage!!!!!!

My husband and I came here to watch football and have lunch, and we had the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. I understand being busy, but that’s no excuse for rude and unprofessional behavior. The woman behind the bar with short black hair was incredibly rude, I didn’t even feel comfortable asking for anything because she made me feel like I was bothering her. To make matters worse, she grabbed our leftover napkins and put them back behind the bar in the napkin holder after we had already used and touched them. That’s extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. We’ll never be coming back here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Service is very slow. It is overpriced but comparable to all the other options at the airport. We were there at a 4:30 pm and we got the only table that was not cleaned off. They did seem to be interested in cleaning tables or taking orders

The chicken wings were delicious until there was a very LONG red hair was sticking out of one! We notified our server. The GM has yet to come and apologize. The server did ask if we wanted to pick something else on the menu. My husband said give us a minute to find something else. But he has not come back to see if we actually want anything else.
