I'll start off by saying I'm very surprised by reading a these negative reviews because my experience was the complete opposite! I came in today with my 11 month old daughter and my parents. Let me tell you, we all enjoyed the service as well as the food. I specifically chose to come here because I saw corn nuggets on the menu haha we were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. They were ready with some menus and let us know to sit wherever we would like. We chose a booth and after taking a seat our waitress was quick to take drink orders and we also put in a few appetizers which came out very quick! We devoured the corn nuggets and macaroni bites within minutes. Then, we had ordered some wings along with nachos, grilled cheese and a chili dog. Our waitress recommended a certain flavor that my parents loved! We were all very pleased with how quick everything came out, and how everything tasted. The service was absolutely amazing. I was a cocktail waitress for eight years, needless to say, our waitress made our experience very enjoyable. She interacted with my 11 month old the entire visit. Also, the teamwork here was great! I'm not sure if it was a host or maybe a food runner but she was a young lady that helped our waitress when she was busy. The service that was given to us, I saw was equally given to other guest as well. She did a great job, I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out. But we came in on April 20th around 4-5! Let these ladies know that there great service is appreciated! Along with the cooks, everything was amazing!

Absolutely the worst wings I've had in my entire life. Wings were clearly overcooked and had been refried. I live 4 minutes away and they were ice cold. The same with the French fries. You can tell they were microwaved after sitting out. They got hard as rocks when I got home. 4 minutes away. Bring the old owners back at least they kept the quality in check. Do not recommend. At all. Place use to be a home run. Seems like an absentee owner establishment.

I am a delivery driver and went in to pick up food. There was a rack right next to the desk with a bag with an order on it. So I check the receipt for the name as you do in some places... the cashier started at aggressive and yelled at me to not touch the order. I tried explaining I was only trying to check the name on the reciept (which was facing away from me)... to which she just gets more aggressive and rude, yelling that it's not my order. I tell her ok and that I was just trying to do my job... to which she responds by threatening to ban me from the store. The manager handled my order and he never said a thing to her. His attitude wasn't the best but at least he was more professional. Left there quite shaken up. Never had such a horrible 2 minutes in my life.Update:You'll see below their response is that I tried to go through the bag. Because they cannot take responsibility for their nasty attitudes so theyre trying to make me the bad guy. I checked the receipt taped on the OUTSIDE of the bag. I'm sure they have camera footage that they can pull up that will support me. I've never had an issue before. And my rating is a five star. Their response just goes to show you how nasty they are. They don't care about customer service. They will get nasty with you in a moment. Deeply unprofessional bordering on abusive staff. All the one star reviews, just prove my point. Several are about their attitude. And it's funny the owner should respond to this when the owner wasn't even there. It was a manager and a cashier. I was told I could come back and talk to the owner in the morning. So.... its kinda sketchy how the owner responded within an hour or two of my review. I've noticed the owner has a go at anyone who gives him a bad review and accuses people of lying... despite lying himself to try and save face. I DONT go through the orders. I DO verify the receipt and the order matches and all items are included.And YES other restaurants do place orders on a rack with the reciept taped to it so you can grab the order and go. His response literally proves my point about bad attitudes.

Stopped thru on my way through town and overall i gotta say its really not worth the money. The food was a bland, the chicken tenders were tiny and few. The breading was tasteless. The employees weren't friendly. On the bright side it was quiet as hardly anyone was in.

Horrible service, Takes advantage of young customers by not telling them the price of food, Boneless wings are just chicken tenders. Waitress was vaping. NEVER come here!!! Would have put 0 stars if possible.

Wack today. I had a few flavors several months ago at a baby shower off a warmer and they were delicious. Saw a sign outside that said "under new ownership" and am Wondering if thats why today's execution was so weak. Biggest waste of $20+ dollars (lunch special with a couple add ons - cheese sauce and s fnt. drink) and the service from phone to pickup was just as dry, lifeless & salty as the over-drowned hot wings with a stingy 2 oz. of sauce. They didn't even offer the 75¢ wings special they had today over the phone. Don't let whatever biz bots who follow up under others comments dissuade you. This was a tragic experience in comparison to what used to be. I will not be back and hate that I invested in this rubbish.

Went here with a group of friends and ordered an obscene amount of food. Was met with friendly service the whole time, enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was AMAZING. I was able to taste the wings, onion rings, fried macncheese, fried Oreos and more. Everything came out fast and delicious, would recommend!
