They don't use gloves and super slow

Employees are very young or very neglectful and disrespectful. They failed to give you what you order. And they will clock out mid conversation. Very unorganized very unprofessional.

I waited a hour and 30 mins for my food I watch the staff give out order that came in after me and online order ! Don't recommend !

I witness two people complaining about their ordered being wrong right before I had to complain myself about my to-go order being wrong twice after I was told it was good. Crazy!

Definitely order ahead of time. The amount of customer traffic they receive is crazy. With all that being said, they have executed my order perfectly every time I would highly recommend

Just had a delivery order from here the delivery driver was great just received the wrong order I did not get my food I call the store they put me on hold for an hour I hang up and now I'm here this place is atrocious and is a mess

This is by far my favorite wing stop!! The customer service is amazing, the food taste just as good as they advertised! I highly recommend this location for a bite to eat. Fredrick and shirena are the most sweetest souls ??

We just passing by and we tried to get some wings. Taste less. No good season , the cashier was nice , the boy who was giving us the food was so mad and have a attitude,, no way I will go there again or tell my friends to pick up food from there

ONE OF THE WORST WINGSTOPS EMPLOYEES ARE NASTY.. THEY WILL SWEEP THE FLOOR, TOUCH YOUR MONEY, DIG IN THEY NOSE & PREPARE YOUR FOOD… I HAD TO MAKE TBE EMPLOYEE WASH HER HANDS AFTER SWEEPING THE FLOOR… ANOTHER ONE TOUCH MY MONEY & WENT TO BAG MY FOOD… THIS IS THE 2nd TIME I WENT THRU THIS AT THIS WINGSTOP IM NEVER GOING BACK.

This location is horrible. Lost my order and did nothing about it . No refund or even sending me a new order.
The employees have attitudes no matter how nice you are.
Bathroom is disgusting . Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I really hate this location. I thought things changed from when they first open but nope still the same. Young folks running an establishment. I went in there were 5 ppl where infront of me. All the employees were in kitchen talking loud, cussing, not taking orders. I waited 5 minutes and 3 more ppl walked in behind me still no one taking orders as they keep looking at the line grow and grow. The wings are fried so hard that you can’t even bite it. It’s a just a complete mess.
