The worst wingstop ever . Had issues with my order called to report it and the manager shay tried to argue with me about what I’m telling her is missing from my order / nasty. Fountain is NASTY & OUT OF FANTA SODA SHE TRYING TO ARGUE WITH ME THAT ITS WORKING WHEN I LITERALLY GOT THE SODA

Kudos to Reva for assisting with my refund. She showed urgency by taking my information to have the manager issue the refund. I placed an order online during the BOGO event but decided to request a refund as I waited over an hour and no one could tell me how much longer before my order would be ready. It seems that the manager tried her best to manage the event but it was just too much volume. Reva, the manager and most of the team displayed professionalism during a busy day. Usually my online orders are smooth. I missed out on today’s deal but look forward to ordering in the future. A few recommendations would be to update the wait time on confirmations and have an online tracker to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered delivery. They got my order wrong. When I called to find out what happened they hung up on me. I continued calling back for about an hour before I gave up. Everytime I called back for an hour they hung up on me or didn't answer. Insanely bad service. Its like dealing with bratty idiotic children. The staff is as disgusting as this place is.

First time walking into this location. Saw what worked there and immediately did not have a good feeling. Sure enough, as expected, an entire hour passed before I asked for my money back as the chaotic kitchen could not produce the 10-piece combo I ordered. On a Sunday evening. I'm getting very good at predicting how the service is going to be by just looking at who works there.

This is the worst place to order food! I placed 2 orders. The lady kept on saying that she sees only one order. I even showed her my order number and the transaction placed on my bank account. She kept on saying in a rude way that my order was “in the air”. She refused to shut up and listen to a customer explaining and showing her my order that was placed online. When I went there in person to show her proof of everything, she had the same nasty attitude. Going there made me realize how dirty it was to point that I was afraid to eat my food. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE!!! 2630 W Broward blvd. That lady over there with customer service made me feel like I was trying to steal $21.40 from her.

worst staff i’ve ever dealt with.. was given the wrong food then they argued with me that they gave me the right food???? also they hung up on me twice and on top of that tried to close at 1130 instead of 1 like on the door. worst customer service ever

Absolutely unacceptable experience. While waiting to pick up an online order, I witnessed employees loudly arguing and cussing at each other *right behind the counter*—all while handling food. No professionalism, no sense of urgency, and definitely no regard for customers in the restaurant. The atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable. On top of that, the service was slow and disorganized. I waited far too long for a simple pickup order that should have been ready. There was zero acknowledgment or apology for the delay. If you value basic respect, cleanliness, and timely service, I suggest going elsewhere.
