I literally just left from here and my food was absolutely horrible. I ordered a 5 pc garlic parmesan tender combo and the fries weren't fresh so I let management know he forgot they were cooking and they came out burnt and over salted my tenders were soooo salty I couldn't finish them I had to toss them in the trash not to mention the customer service from Frederick was on his phone while taking my order at the counter. Embarrassing and completely UNPROFESSIONAL there was no care at all when it came down to the customer service or preparation of food.
Worst location ever ! Ordered through DoorDash and received only wings! Also, wings were cold ! No fries , no dipping sauce and no straw! Night Manager is extremely rude & hung up on me in my face !!!! Sunday January 18th @7:50PM . Called at 7:37PM
May, the pm cashier at this location, doesn't know what classic wings are. When I went to pick up my food 35 mins after ordering, she said they weren't ready. I proceeded to wait another 20 mins bc it looked like they were busy, so I understood they could be backed up. I went to check if it was ready yet and my order was there whole time. I saw her skip over it several times while looking for orders as I waited. She's the one that took my order over the phone and payment when I went in. She needs to be trained more efficiently on what the difference btw classic and boneless wings are, and how to read togo tickets on bags if she's going to be in the cashier/togo station.

This is exactly why I avoid ALL wing stop locations at all cost. There is ALWAYS a complete lack of care or concern for the customer. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or now as I’ve found out if you order online. I made a very basic order 10 wings nothing special for my pregnant sister but yet I received over cooked chicken tenders for my $22. I wholeheartedly don’t understand how this location specifically is still in business service is a complete joke.

Legit the WORST location of wing stop corp. They are always running extremely late. When your order says it’ll be ready in 15 minutes, it’ll actually be ready in 30 minutes. They Constantly have many people waiting in the restaurant for their carryout orders. I live right next to them and have ordered from them many times and it’s always the same problem, never fails! In addition, they over season the fries with an insane amount that is almost unbearable, where I have to wipe off as much seasoning as possible back at home. This problem also never fails to happen. Other employees at this location have confirmed this issue. New management and employees need to happen.
Why do I keep receiving incomplete orders from this location? This store has the worst ratings, and nothing ever changes. Why isn’t the franchise owner addressing these ongoing complaints and improving customer relations?
On the first day of the new year, it started off badly. A single mother ordered a large amount of food and was missing more than half her order worth over $50. I had the store employee on speakerphone with both of us. He showed no concern and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. He told me to speak to the manager, put me on hold, and then hung up.
The customer was extremely upset. She had ordered because she didn’t plan to cook on a holiday and ended up requesting a refund instead. I called back to see if they could complete the missing order so I could pick it up. I was told the manager was “too busy” and we had to wait. Wait for what?
This is unacceptable customer service. This is the third time I’ve experienced missing items from this location. We cannot open sealed bags, and staff assured us everything was included—clearly it wasn’t. When will this stop?

I ordered from this location on door dash whoever works. There needs to get forward especially with all these bad reviews. My Chicken was thrown in a box with sauce not all of them had sauce, I was missing wings no napkins forks they gave me ranch instead of blue cheese and I paid for it , the wings were ice cold took over 1hr and 30 mins to get 29 wings horrible.

never order from this unit. whenever i order from here on uber the Quality is not there. how my wings look and taste like they been refried with my seasoning i picked? how my wings cold when i get them and i am the first delivery? why modifications on my cheese fries missed. barely any cheese sauce

This place is ridiculous. First the cashier is too scary to talk to and they did other people’s order who came in after mine. I saw other people’s order getting done first when i came in before them.

My 1st and last time at this location. I called my order in so it was ready when I got there. I decided to check my food in the car fries were so burnt and dry they popped. Went back in to get fresh fries and this guy tells me that’s how they are. So I got them and again same thing. So I called to speak to a manager and of course he gets on the phone to tell me he’s the manager as well. He proceeded to tell me that he likes his fries cooked hard. I’m sorry sir but this is my money not yours. And to add he had an attitude because I wasn’t satisfied with my food. Will never go back and then he had to nerve to say it’s always black people. This location needs some new staff. No discredit to Ms. Kay the actual manager she tried to correct it. Please hire better staff!!!!!

Keisha took our order; she was very friendly and was very helpful in assisting us in getting what we wanted. After just a short wait, our food was ready, and Keisha filled our to-go bag with utensils and wipes. I have been to many WingStops, and I have to say Keisha was so pleasant and sweet. I couldn't believe I found a WingStop that cares for its customers.

Word of advice If you ordering from this location please do not order delivery. My delivery through Uber eats came cold, tasted old, and did not have exactly what I ordered. On top of that I had a huge order with lots of ranch and only received one. If you absolutely have to order from this location please take my advice and place an order and walk in to retrieve your order. After you receive your order sit right there open up all items and make sure everything is correct and everything that you order is in the bag.
